The place is so cuteeee. They have a very lovely set up here. For the price it’s seriously a steal. The rooms are medium sized which gives a great home feeling. The other tenants we met are nice and have no issue having conversations. No weirdos roaming around or bugs. Their beds are comfy and room is clean. This place is way better than most. The owners are so sweet and ever gave us a small discount after a different motel “madill budget inn” stole from us and tried to take 400$ from me. So we are very happy here. The last place was gross and very unsanitary. This place gets all stars across 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The room number we were in is 123. The bathroom shower ceiling has mold all over it, the room had a stingy to it when we moved in. And got worse before we left. We all got sick from the mold. Mentioned it and they acted like they couldn’t understand. On top of that they charged us $700 for 8 days. When other places are charging $440 a week. It is ungodly and the pictures are not of the actual motel itself, the rooms are worse than they are showing off.

Pictures are lies, nothing like them, none of the rooms and the outside look like the pictures, the pictures I posted is one of the rooms that we had to stay in and I know there is no fountain the little picnic area doesn't look like that, it has broken outside furniture trash all over it , this is a down right discussing place

We reserved a room 2 weeks in advance, then we called 3 before to make sure they still have our reservation for the 13 & 14 of this month, we drove from Pinetop-Lakeside AZ to madill Oklahoma we arrived at 7:30 on the 13th to check in and the guy said sorry he rented our room out then gave us another room he made us pay for the x bed but we said no it's not our mistake so they charged us anyway, we get to the room to put our stuff in and get our dog some food and water then we walked back out to take our dog to use the bathroom took less than 5 minutes went back in the room and our dogs food and water dish was full of roaches
Tv didn't work so my boyfriend went back to the office to tell them guy that was working that guy said the only he had is a 3 bed then again try charging us, we get in that room no roaches but there was no hot water and the shower ceiling has black mold once again my boyfriend went back to the office to let them know and refused to give our money back
This place should be shut down and the owners should never be allowed to open another motel

We are going to dispute the charges with our bank
As they refuse to refund our money and keep us from going to a better motel

I haven't been there in years!!! Last time I went the guy was taking photos of me getting someone's personal belongings that was in jail as a favor! Come to find out, that person was released early for taking the wheel of my car and wrecking into city lake. Too bad the air bag safety recall I got in the mail later stating shrapnel was deploying in my models airbags didn't work!

This was a terrible motel experience. Stayed there the night of November 18, 2022. When we walked in the place was filthy. After 10 minutes of being in the room, a 2 1/2 inch cockroach was climbing on the bathroom door. No coffee maker avaliable. The room looked like it should be condemned. The television was the only decent thing but the guide button didn't work. Anybody who rates this better than a 1 must live very badly.
