Mad Honey Food Truck is ALWAYS a go to when I visit Arizona. Love that the food truck has a permanent spot in Prescott now! The ribs and brisket sandwich are Hands down…. THE BEST!!! I love extra fats on my brisket and chef Scott always seems to find me the best slices for my sandwich! Love that this family owned business supports other local businesses… military and LEOs! I’ve been hearing about the smash burger and that’s definitely on the list to try next time I’m in town!

I got the steakhouse burger with a side of tallow fries and sat at the table right out front. This is a food truck so don’t expect indoor seating. My burger was amazing and filling with plenty of toppings! My fries were a bit over seasoned, but nicely crisped. I will definitely be back!

One of the biggest reasons I miss living in Prescott Valley is easy access to Mad Honey. Scott’s food is top notch. After living in Fort Worth for seven years, I was exposed to lots of Texas BBQ. The Mad Honey BBQ meets or exceeds anything I had in Texas. I highly recommend!!!

The only thing I could think while eating this food was to write a review immediately. THE ONLY GOOD MAC AND CHEESE IN THIS TOWN & personally, the only good BBQ here. I drove across town for a brisket sandwich and mac and cheese and it was worth it. The BBQ sauce is the best I ever had. Do not second guess if you’re going to try this place out!

People say Little Miss Barbecue in Phoenix and Caldwell County Barbecue in Gilbert have the best barbecue in the state of Arizona - they don’t. The best barbecue is in a food truck in Prescott. Must try. The brisket was as good as it gets.

Also, their fries are fried in Tallow - loved it!
