What a happy hatter serendipitous experience! Pavel you are such a unique person with passion in doing what you love! I am so glad I got to meet such a great group of humans!!! I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have already spread the word to my friends and family. The first time I was there it was open mic night, and what talented people performed! The drinks were delicious and the staff was so helpful, listening to what your taste is and recommending the perfect concoction. Delicious. The environment is very cool and chill, and such a friendly crowd and staff, with wonderful entertainment! I felt at home and had the best time that I have had in a very long time. I’m lucky they are right down the road from my home, so they now have me as a regular customer! Yay… I love this place!

This is my favorite Kava bar in all of phoenix and I have been and frequented all of them. From friendly welcoming staff to the customers to entertainment every weekend - wow the live acoustic performances have been fantastic - I 10/10 recommend. The prices are affordable and the products are high quality. My dog loves stopping in to the space too. She loves being in the back away from the doors, but able to see everyone, lots of couches, and people to cuddle with. The staff has even been nice enough to give her treats and a pup cup so now she’ll stand at the bar and “check in” on them. This place has been a vibe any time I have stopped in. I go all the way to frequent the area just to stop in. I recommend grabbing a couple friends and going for a bula bowl on any night of the week - weekend for music - conscious, herbal connections and lounging. The mural inside really makes the place cozy and magical. Games to play. Take a blanket and a movie, or a computer and dial into work. Oh and, you can bring your own food in. This place is amazing.

I dig this place. Actually both bar locations. Not only are the drinks yum, the service is rocks too. Julia was the first I met and she was so welcoming and made we want to come back. So give her a thanks.
That said I did come back and met other bartenders Stephanie , Braden, and Surf. They all rocked and made me feel so welcome. Big yes to this place

I like this place. I am a bit of a regular when I visit my family back in the Valley. The patrons here are super friendly and make you feel right at home. This is probably the first kava bar that I have been to where frequent patrons have formed a community. The staff is also super friendly and they make great tasting drinks. The shop also offers growlers so you can take some home.

My friend and I came from Miami and we know our way around Kava bars, but this Kava bar was special. When we walked in, we were met by an incredibly beautiful girl, who greeted us politely and immediately made us feel at ease, took our order, helped us navigate the menu and quickly gave us our tea!

I found my new hidden Gem... More people should know about this place! Everything about this place is great. The drinks are definitely something different and its an acquired tasted IMO... I looked up online "Non alcoholic bars" and found this place on google, I'm glad I took a leap of faith and tried Mad Hatter.

I brought my party of 20+ people here for my birthday this past Sunday (09/01) to try something new and all of us have never tried anything like it.... I gave up alcohol a while ago and I love going out but hate having any sort of pressure to drink so I am glad this place was everything I was hoping for. All my guests in my party had such a great, fun, relaxing time and they all said it was a great experience. I have been back once since & I'm sure this is going to be my new hangout spot and relaxing spot. The atmosphere is highly relaxing, and the customer service is outstanding. I can't remember the bartenders name from Sunday night but she was ABSOULTELY amazing and very knowledge about the drinks on the menu. Also the place is decorated so amazingly.

Cons:
The only things I would add on here for management is maybe to add a tint, window shade or some sort of dark shades on the wall where you walk in to block the light coming from the window where the door is out and black it out. I came during the day and I can say I would much rather come at night because the inside atmosphere of the place is very chill, calm and collected.

-More social media!! I haven't heard anything about this place ever and MORE people need to know about this place!

Also- When I came yesterday I saw there was games on the shelf. Me and my friend had such a great time playing a board game and enjoying time together. When I came in yesterday the bartender asked if it was my first time there and I said no I came the other day, I would recommend when the bartenders ask if someone is new follow up with telling the new customers that there is games/cards to play with because for me that is a make it or break it if there is nothing to do when I am relaxing.

I remember Nick, but can't remember the amazing female bartender that helped my group. Both were amazing and very personable!

Anyways, I rate the place 5/5 stars. I will definitely be back & I look forward to coming back!! I enjoy the red kratom it makes me very relaxed in a happy positive chill mood.
