We have stayed with Ken and Judy many times. This is a great location with shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars, and clubs within walking distance. Weather permitting there's a deck with chairs, and a lovely flower garden. The Breakfast is a gift card to one of the best breakfast spots in Tulsa, Brookside by Day! Always friendly and accommodating, Ken and Judy have invited us to share a glass of wine and showed us some of their amazing and eclectic collection. We have never seen so much as an ant during our many visits to the property.

We just spent a very pleasant overnight in this lovely guesthouse. The voucher for breakfast/lunch was to a fabulous restaurant. We wanted to check out the new park - The Gathering Place - and this lovely home is located within walking distance! It is a bicycle friendly part of town and the park is highly recommended. There is also some excellent shopping and dining a block or two away. Whole Foods is just down the street for those who want to stock up the mini fridge. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

My wife and I didn’t find a lot of options for B&Bs in Tulsa, but no matter because the Mackintosh Inn fit the bill nicely. The proprietor was friendly and accommodating. We saw him only when we first arrived, and there is only one room offered to guests, so my wife and I enjoyed a very private time during our stay in Tulsa. For breakfast, the Mackintosh Inn gave us vouchers for the Brookside by Day Restaurant just a couple short blocks away on Peoria. The Inn accommodations were very comfortable if not luxurious. The bathroom and bed linens were the softest I think I’ve ever had. For indoor entertainment, the hosts provided game boards and a big screen tv with a wide range of channels. You shouldn’t, however, spend all your time with tv, as there is a vibrant dining and shopping area just a couple blacks west of the Mackintosh, and there’s another such area a little north on 15th Street. About a mile north, easy to reach by walking, you’ll find the Philbrook Museum and just a little further north you’ll find the Tulsa Historical Society and Museum as well as the Linnaeus Learning Garden. All of these sites we found worth visiting over one or 1.5 days. Back to the Mackintosh... in addition to many cute depictions of Scottish terriers in the guest room, you find a small but beautiful garden on two sides of the guest area. The Mackintosh Inn is a charming, very comfortable B&B in a great location. My wife and I highly recommend it!

We stayed last Tuesday and Saturday night at The Mackintosh Inn in Tulsa. Ken & Judy were very gracious hosts and invited us into their den when the tornado sirens sounded on Tuesday night. Ken told us when we arrived back on Saturday night, a tornado had touched down that night, 1 mile from their home! The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. They also let us park our car under the carport only a few feet from our room. The breakfast from Brookside by Day was also good. Definitely worth the stay and I would recommend it to ITEX members or cash cutstomers for sure!

This is a single room B&B and you get a voucher at a very nearby restaurant for breakfast. So it is not your typical B&B. The location could not be better. Great neighborhood with lots of interesting homes. Easy to walk around. Lots of restaurants just two or three blocks away. The room was very comfortable, and I got my own parking space off the street. And the price was right. The room could use more soundproofing as you can hear the owner's TV. But the WiFi is really fast and worked fine for our streaming.

We reached out during the devastating storms of 6/23. Everything was booked and those few available were not pet friendly. We nearly gave up. Fortunately we called and their power just came back on. Absolutely lovely people!! Saved us to say the least. My cat no issue. Felt like home!! I highly recommend to anyone who prefers home away from home feel. Beautiful people, beautiful home!

Thank you so much!!!!

My wife and I stayed here for a getaway to do some planning and spend time together for our marriage. We loved this place! The owners are kind and the room is tastefully put together and very relaxing. They were easy to get in touch with too.||||We were blown away by the location, most of all. Just down the street there are a bunch of new restaurants and stores. It is a newly developing area - and you can just walk there! The streets have huge trees which also provided for a good, cool, walk.

The innkeepers made the experience top-notch, so accommodating and kind! Just like home, they provided a cabinet full of thick towels, shampoo in the shower, small fridge and micro if needed. Bed so-soft, as was the pullout small sofa. Icing on the cake was being able to stroll the quiet neighborhood of pretty-cool renovated homes and walk around the corner to shopping and restaurants. And the walk along the river is a short drive away. Thank you!
