Sweet little spot. The owners are so sweet to my baby girl. One of the few places to provide fresh juiced juices. They accommodate vegan really well with their drinks sadly no vegan food though. They are the only place I have come across with real taro no purple dye stuff, if you like stuff on the healthier side you'll like it and not mind the slight added texture of it in the drink. I believe they said they don't use powders in any of their drinks which is awesome if you are in to more clean comfort drinks.

This place hands down has the best boba tea around! I've been to several places in different states and this is one of the Best! I love the quality of the Tea that is brewed fresh every morning, the drinks are always spot on. The place is so cute and clean. The customer service is inviting and so friendly. This has become my everyday place to enjoy a nice refreshing drink, my favorite is the Lychee green tea! I have 3 young boy's that enjoy the drinks also. Did I mention you can customize your drink to your liking The owner of this place is professional and gives fantastic customer service!! Would highly recommend!

Definitely stop here!
Even if you are just passing through town like I was- their service is super fast!

The potstickers are amazing! Good by themselves, but paired with the deliciously flavorful, clearly house made sauce? So yummy!!

Also- tried the real taro smoothie… so good! It’s not a dyed fake color purple and not fakely over sweetened. A very light laste, and a fun kind flakey texture that was nice with the boba. The brown sugar boba were not too sweet either.

Next time I’m in town I would love to try more things from here 🙂

WORST customer service! I have been at Machi at least 10 times. My daughter loves them and I only tried them because her father (may god rest his soul) used to take her there and can no longer take her. The first time the woman (I assume to be the owner) was not friendly so I opted to not order anything for myself. After a few visits (with the same non-friendliness by everyone) I thought why not I will try it. Which brings us to today! I ordered my drink and my daughter (who is 9 but can pass for 7) ordered her’s, I didn’t pay attention to her order, she made a mistake, she didn’t realize the brown sugar would be in there (like a caramel sauce). She started crying and was really upset, everyone that worked there saw her, I asked the guy if he could give a discount on another one cause she messed up…he laughed and rudely said no we don’t give discounts (I’m not rich I can’t just buy another one) so I asked the owner and she looked at me and also rudely said no we do not give discounts. Instead of doing a 10% or whatever they have lost 2 customers and I will tell everyone how rude I think they are and have always been. This is not how you keep customers, this is how you lose customers. I left the store and immediately told the first person I saw and she agreed and said they are rude she’s only been in once and she will also repeat my story and how bad she felt for my daughter.

We wanted to try this place out, so we decided to go. Wasn't busy when we got there, but shortly after it got busier. We got Strawberry bubble milk, Matcha bubble milk, peach smoothie, Thai milk tea, and some macarons. Highly recommend and the drinks looked so pretty except sadly I didn't take pictures, next time. Family Approved!

When ordering on doordash or going based on the website, be careful if you're gluten-free. They will not tell you on the website that they put crumbles of cookies and things on top of their drinks. And then, if you complain, they tell you too bad if you came in you would know what's on our drinks. Bad customer service, was trying to treat my kids and didn't want to go out. Helpful hint Add all the ingredients, not just some. Also spoke to owner she told me I should have seen there were cookies crumbs in pictures online, but the matcha smoothie is the only one without pictures, lol.

Very rude young people working I bought my kids drinks from there before great service. Normally I do not drink anything from the machi tea normally and I ordered a fruit tea. I thought I was getting a tea with fruit in it, but they had crystal bubbles in the bottom of the cup, and it was green it was not what I thought the drink was, and I was told they do not do refunds very rude by a young man I let them keep the drink that I just paid for. Because I do not drink the crystal Boba and they would not replace my drink with the drink that I wanted! Definitely not the greatest service

My family and I love Machi Tea House! The drinks are amazing and Rachel and her staff are so friendly. We go here daily. It really is a one of a kind place in Casa Grande.
