We ordered a food delivery for the 2nd time from this Macayos location. The first time I ordered two red enchiladas, one beef &
one chicken, but received 1 chicken & 1 hamburger. So today I ordered two red chicken enchiladas... but received two shredded beef enchiladas. I did not receive the side garnish of lettuce & pico. We also ordered sopapias, but did not receive any chocolate sauce. The only item that arrived correct was a cheese crisp. This was definately a sad experience. So I ask you Macayos, should we try a third time? Kg

When we first arrived at the restaurant, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes before we were even greeted by any of the staff, and there was plenty of them in very close vicinity to us. We were not expecting to be seated right away, just acknowledging our presence would of been nice. Once we were seated our waitress was very kind and took our drink order right away. That was the best part of this experience! We had to wait over an hour for our food, and with two kids that are getting restless, that is not very fun. When the food did arrive it was not very good, more specifically the beans and rice did not taste fresh. The manager did approach our table during our wait for our food asking if we needed anything, we ask for refills of our drinks and chips but we didn't receive either. The waitress would ask if we need anything also and would disappear and never bring what we asked for. The man bussing the tables was the only one to give prompt service and he was the only reason we were able to get our check and to go boxes. I don't normal write reviews but this was a birthday lunch for my grandson and it was pretty disappointing!

I came to Macayos for lunch after nail appointment. I was never seated. 2 people saw me waiting. Neither greeted me, just turned their heads. I have eaten here before. Today wasn't busy. In my line of work I interact with lots and lots of people and have brought many clients here for drinks, lunch or dinner. After today I will not be back. I understand if it's busy but it wasn't and to be blatantly ignored isn't acceptable!

A more modern Macayos restaurant but I like it. Inside is nothing like the Goodyear restaurant. This one is open, clean.
Staff was friendly and our food arrived quick.
I love the menu! Prices low for the dishes compared to Mexican fast food places.
Lots of great priced items for Happy Hour.

The chips were great! The salsa was bland. I don’t think it should be called salsa, no spice at all. The tacos were so bad. Taco Bell and Del Taco have the same skimpy tacos and taste better and cheaper. My teenage cousin thought the food was just okay. Teenagers will basically eat anything, when he said it was just okay that says a lot. Bottom line this food really isn’t Mexican food in my opinion

Was horrible won't be coming back server was assuming my daughter was paying and only responded to her looks can be deceiving shouldn't assume. As for food was sitting a while before brought out except my daughters 45min wait on appetizer (cheese crisp) was finally brought out when my husband mentioned it. Ask for salsa I was ignored my husband asked again 15min later then was brought out. Server asked my daughter about refills,the food,plates ect. Noone else. My husband's food he said food truck was better. We had to ask for knives for our food. Cheese crisp wasn't cut and we had no knife. This was the most horrible experience for our first time at this location.

The food was pretty good but our waitress had a bit of an attitude, we had to go retrieve our own drinks from the bar and grab more napkins and our salt and our chips were Crumbs from bottom of the barrel.

I usually love Macayo's Mexican food. My family and I had the worst experience at this location. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. We had to keep asking for refills. Our food came out about an hour after we ordered. It wasn't freshly prepared, and it looked old. Our waitress never came back. I had to hunt down someone for my check. I will not be coming back here to this location.
