Called and inquired if they had a public dump station (I'm boondocking in the area and there are very few dump stations this side of Phoenix.) They said yes, it's $20, pay at the office. Very nice person at the office took my money and gave me a map to the dump station. I asked if I could also dump a bit of household trash in their dumpsters and she said yes. Proceeded down to the dumpsters and as I was returning to my RV was confronted by a man who identified himself as the manager who very rudely informed me that "you paid to dump, not for trash." I told him the staff had OK'd it. He stormed off, presumably to berate the staff, and the whole thing was very unpleasant, unwelcoming and unnecessary. If the office staff were in error, fine, work that out with them. There's no excuse to be rude to customers, especially when the fee to dump is easily twice what it should be. Use this place if you must but the manager needs some remedial education on customer engagement.

This a senior community that is year round living more than and RV park, don't book if your in a travel trailer. They state that their are 194 RV spaces this not true they have 170 model homes (tiny homes) that are filled with permanet residence and 24 RV spaces. This is a nice retirement senior community not for the travel trailer group. The resort is not set up for short term stays, there are no table of fire pits at the spaces or internet avaible. All amenties are around the office area, grills, pool, hot tubs, sauna, laundry room, however the office closes at 3pm and the front gates close 6pm & open at 6am. The pet area is on the outside of the park and you not allowed to have you pets around the office area or walk your pet on the small paved streets and walk them to take out your trash which is also located by the office. The streets are just wide enough for one vehicle or wide enough for golf carts for that's what most residence drive around in the resort. When we made our reservation we booked a pull thru however when we checked in and At check-in my husband watched Debbie change our space from 113 to 114 (pull thru's) to space 172 back in, which are very diffecult to manuver in to, when doing so we asked about a pull thru and were told none were avaible. While we were taking out fur babies to the pet park we noticed there were 3 open pull thru sites open one of which was the orginal space we reserved, so we kept an eye on space 113 the whole week we were their, and it stayed open the entire time we were there. So Mike and Debby lied to our faces about the 113 pull thru space we booked not being avaible. And also noticed some of the permanent residence walking with their pets and using the wash for the pets, which we were told was not to done. They also advertise that internet is avaible ,they gave us the the guest sign in & password at check-in but neglected to tell us it was only avaible at the office not at space. They falsy advertise themselfs as a RV Resort when they a Senior Retirement Community.

This is a very nice mixed usage RV park - meaning park models and RV's. The grounds are meticulous, the management very nice and organized. Be warned queen valley is sorta "middle of nowhere" and the services are very limited. There is a burger place at the golf club, and another bar that seems to be open only on weekends and a c-store/gas. The locals in th tiny town of QV are typical as in "we don't like outsiders coming in and changing things" yet ironically they love taking your money and selling your real estate. If I had to pick at the park itself, they sort of nickel and dime you for a longer stay. You pay for power and sewer along with your lot, Sure I can see power and some places do that but sewer ? I am used to all included but anyway, it's a lovely well run business and the setting is picture perfect. The issue that prevents 5 stars is the crowd. Mostly all snowbirds but they will not respect people's space and the fact that not everyone wants to join in and socialize especially considering Covid is still a thing. They sit out and yell at each other as normal conversation, talking about the most awkward of subject (politics) and SMOKE like chimneys. They cruise around in golf carts blaring country music and then there are the loud 4 wheelers at all hours. If you go to the pool, people yelling. Sit at your site and enjoy the sun, people yelling. If you go into your RV because you are sick of hearing about Trump, they yell good night at you. Lol, I hope I am not like this in 20 years. I saw folks rolling in and rolling right out in short order. I will not be back, but it's not because of the park.

Extremely disappointed with this resort. I drove an hour out of my way to visit this resort and was promptly let in the gate by some kind tenants. I get to the office which is closed so I call the phone number for Sally who is the manager on duty. She picks up the phone and I tell her I'm there to discuss options of living there because I just got hired in Florence. She rudely asked 'How'd you get in the gate?' and then proceeds to tell me that this is only a 55 and up resort and that she 'had another call coming in' and hung up on me. I don't appreciate being discriminated against over the phone and not given the proper courtesy of even a meeting to discuss options. The 55 and up rule is NOT clearly stated on the website unlike the other 55 and up RV resorts around the area. I was really hoping I could live here year round but never got the chance to speak with anyone regarding this and was rudely pushed aside over the phone by Sally after making the trip up there to speak with someone. Sally is extremely rude which is unfortunate because I found the tenants to be very kind.

I bought a park model in this resort and absolutely love this place. Clean quiet lots to do. May end up here full time 2019. Saw 8 mule deer while visiting. Saw several quail and cardinals. Heard coyotes at nite but never saw any. You can walk around the whole park and in the mountains too. Beautiful scenery all the way around the park. If you have an all terrain vehicle you can ride right out of this facility. Bashas grocery store is about 20 mins away. If you need Walmart or shopping go to Apache Junction or Mesa. All about 40-45 mins from park.

Love it! So nice to finally find a quiet spot! No road noise, no trains and no planes! Very clean, nice amenities, pool is heated, golf course, sauna in the bathroom, library, spacious spots. The people are super nice and welcoming. We paid $30 a night with ppa for 5 nights. Would definately recommend! Its reg $350.00 wkly

Although their advertisement says they have close to 200 sites, what they don't tell you is that the vast majority of those sites have park models already in them leaving perhaps a dozen or so actual sites open for an RV. You'd never know this place exist as Queens Valley can't be seen from the highway. Quiet park during the off-season especially. We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves which included a nice heated pool, two spas, clean restrooms and showers with saunas. The RV sites are a little closer together than I normally like and the WiFi is only available if you walk up to the office/pool area and pull up a chair. A lot of the park activities are closing down starting in April, so keep that in mind if that is something you're looking for. We used the park as a base camp while we explored the areas surrounding. Friendly Manager and folks living full time in the park.

Park is moving toward a park model business --RVers are only welcome in off season "if they have room". Very few sites available as most are now asked to sign a years lease. If you want to purchase a park model good place to check out. If you are a RVer need to find another park
