Criminals! And I mean management although there were convicted felons staying as well. The room we stayed in was disgustingly filthy. When I took a step, my shoe literally came off as it was stuck to the carpet. I picked my cell off the nightstand and it sounded like Velcro when I wrestled it off. No refrigerator or microwave. The toilet backed up. They dropped off a plunger. The key card didn't work, which he told us was likely when he issued it. We had to leave the door ajar or ask to be let in on the 3rd floor every time. The absolute worst part though was that this was during the time the power was out in June. When we found it could be 5 days w/o power, and we'd already suffered for more than 24 hrs we went on a search to find a room. If the place had power, they were fully booked. We found this place around noon and was told it would be $100/night. Not wanting to pay that steep a price for how terrible the place is we drove around (while calling every place) for 5 hours. Over 200,000 people w/o power so it was to be expected. When we finally gave in and went back after 5 PM, the man charged us $130/night!!! We stayed 4 nights until our power was back on. I then called w/o letting him know I'd just stayed and asked the price for the same room. Wait for it...$65! They capitalized/price gouged to take advantage of all of us suffering. VILE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the workers were very rude to me and my children, she yelled at my kids when they were taking my dog outside, I had told her a worker told me it was fine to have him but she would not let me have service dog while other pets were in the building as well, which is very ridiculous. She refused to give me a refund when I told her I didn't want to stay any longer, even after I offered to pay for half of the stay. Overall would not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Stay away from this place,thieves and meth headset abound in this dump,mold in rooms,badly stained carpets throughout,and it smells like a dirty ashtray in the place. Cannot reach the front desk to advise them or ask any questions,better be ready to got to the front desk in person,and then you are usually looking at waiting no telling how long for any staff too appear.||Totally unsatisfactory.

Tina the owners wife is subhuman,very rude and hateful. They tell you absolutely no guests. ||As a Innkeeper they act like they are a dictatorship,you as a guest, have absolutely no rights as a guest to even visit between rooms with the customers that may have accompanied you in your travels and are staying there.||They are terrible people and the place is a complete dump.||BE WARNED,stay away from this trash pile.

Very clean they make sure the rooms get cleaned frequently and you can tell they clean them!! Ice machines is working!! seems like theyre upgraded and improving the inn. They dont stand for people hanging around bothering there customers which is a big plus! There is no washers or dryers here.

We had stayed here a few years years ago, but it seems the Inn has not be cleaned or updated since. I also believe everyone in the building SMOKES, it was almost unbearable. Everything looked dirty and run-down, carpets, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The bath-tub had a pubic hair still in it, mold on the thread-bare showercurtain, and whiskers or nose hair in the sink, sink did not have hot water. Also a plastic shelf was used for the toilet lid. The wallpaper was peeling almost every where and the carpets were worn and dirty. The AC did not work very well, no drawers in the nightstands or dresser, and no clock in room. Also a beer cap left beside the bed, and only a sheet and bedspread on the bed. The towels felt like the kind used in mechanical shops, and there seemed to be alot of "questionable individuals" living there. There were people on the second floor w/ their window open yelling to people in the parking area, and the Free Denny's breakfast was also not available . If you are used to a clean, quite, comfortable and safe hotel then DO NOT STAY HERE!

Was there over a year and felt discriminated against was on a list to be painted and never got painted. Room had 3 inches of nicotine on the walls and ceiling caught lice while staying there. My husband has stage 4 cancer and had to clean walls and ceiling ourselves towels were stained and very rarely smelt like the had been washed due to the caro a virus my hours have been cut in half. We asked if we could pay part of the rent and cat h up when I get my sti.ulus check and he threatened to kick us out

It's cheap. Cheap enough that it shouldn't​ be expected to provide the most lavish amenities in town. If your someone that is outraged that your $35 a night hotel room doesn't have a spa, fitness center, and fresh crepes I'm the morning. Then the problem lies with your expectations. Not the hotel.

5 stars for being cheap, relatively clean (inside the rooms), and for it's proximity to Bass pro and the highway. But Mostly for being CHEAP.
