The location was good,but the showers and room need to be cleaner and towels were very frayed. There was a leak in the ceiling over the shower and plaster was coming down. The cleaning lady swept it up and suggested we call the front desk ,which we did and asked to be moved. They moved us next door,then we had some noisy people upstairs and they sent someone down right away to address the issue. The staff was very nice and very helpful. High price for all the issues.

I loved being in the other building at the back. There's 2 behind the reception and banquet building. When I walked into breakfast there were a ton of young families. I imagine they were all in the other building.

Great welcome 🙏 friendly and professional. The room was large, clean and fresh, well maintained. The shower is long with good hot water and a comfortable spray of water pressure. Good size small fridge.

Lots of parking space even for large trucks. Lovely views driving out. Although it's on the road, because it's tucked in it's quiet.

The room was modern, very comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfast was comprehensive, except 1 morning it was a bit concerning how a homeless man was there loading plates with everything available, walking around in sunglasses humming to a Walkman. This area is right off the lobby, when thought to alert someone in leaving, the front desk clerk was woofing down some breakfast and chose not to tell him so not to interrupt his meal. The second morning the homeless man was not there.||I would have preferred to have a room with a tub. The property is dog-friendly with an area provided in the rear. The bedding was white, I opened a sleeping bag so as not to soil the linens.

Monique and Edward were extremely kind and helpful. We ended up on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and they carried our heavy bags up and down the outdoor staircase. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

We had a pet friendly room in the building in the back. The pros: Room was mostly clean; wood floor instead of carpet is a plus; location is great (close to everything; price is affordable). Pet friendly $25 fee. Now the cons: extremely strong fragrance is used in cleaning, it was so overpowering that it required a lot of time to adjust to the smell. I think they did it to cover up the sewage odor in the properties. If you are sensitive to fragrance and odor, avoid this hotel. Shower was not clean and the little shampoo was used and we found pubic hair stuck to it. Breakfast was average at best and their waffle maker was broken so we didn't actually eat there. Walls are supper thin. We had a very loud family nextdoor with screaming children and we heard everything. Our pup wasn't happy about this and barked back and that seemed to have helped. For the price and location, it's an okay place. Def not as scary as some reviews made it to be. But we won't return again for the cons.

We were here on a recreation center group trip, beginning with an evening dinner at their Italian Restaurant. They did well, considering the large group. My linguine was so-so, but the other entrees looked delicious. Very good salad and wine.|After a trip on the Christmas Train (fun!) we returned to the ballroom for our room assignments. Nice big room available for groups - must be the best in Cottonwood!|Rooms have been updated with a new vanity and hardware. There are enough outlets and very attractive artwork! Refrigerator and microwave were there, but we didn't use them, nor the safe. The room has an updated shower but no tub - fine for us. It would be nice to have a grab bar. Very nice soaps and amenities. New toilet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was clean.|Breakfast was as good as we get at Comfort Inns (our usual choice). The best part was that the butter was NOT in the refrigerator, but next to the toaster so that it could easily be spread on our toast. A plus - I dislike trying to soften butter so I can spread it. Very good coffee machine - no need to refill a vacuum pot.|The decor was very nice - wonderful lobby, very southwestern. Friendly staff - very helpful.

We were greeted by a beautiful south western lobby with free water and cookies, exactly what we needed after a long drive! The complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and bath cream were so lovely! Not just cheap stuff to get you by. They smelled like quality bath products. The road was quiet. The pool and hot tub were great. We had no problems with the room, equipment, or employees. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. It was a more affordable option than staying in Sedona, which is only a 20 minute drive away. For breakfast, the options were fresh oranges, apples, grapefruit, bagels, donuts, self made waffles, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage, coffee, and fountain beverages like orange/apple/cranberry juice, enough to start your day. My family has no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

I had a late check in last night, when working up in Sedona or Flagstaff my company puts us up here. Hotel is typically very good with great service. Today I called for a late checkout after asking last night. Christian asked me to call back in 10-15 he ended up calling me back and telling me he did even "ask" because he's so far behind but could only give me until 11:30. Not even 12/12:30

Room smelt like smoke upon entering
Toilet looked used and not cleaned
One staircase seemed closed off
Loud neighbors so not so quiet area seemed everyone was packed into the last building
Someone was lighting off fireworks for good hours so more lack of sleep

Would not stay here if I had a choice, the front desk for morning was terrible customer service.
