Ruth and Bryan are excellent hosts. I felt right at home and like we had known each other awhile. We had great communication as my flight had gotten delayed and I ended up arriving later than expected. I got a wonderful history lesson of the surrounding counties, definitely need to come back to explore. Their house is warm, inviting, quiet, peaceful, tastefully decorated, and spotless. I asked for a recommendation for dinner and Bryan didn't hesitate with the Black Fork. Great food and fun atmosphere. This is a wonderful place to call home away from home and I highly recommend staying here.

Ruth and brian are exceptional hosts if I could rate it at 10 stars I certainly would! The breakfasts they serve... so hearty and fresh it's just heavenly. Check in is a breeze and they communicate with you all through your stay. It's about 20-30 mins outside of Mansfield right around Amish country so the aesthetic is a bit more quiet and relaxed. When I come down for inkcarceration each year they are family to us. They are Like our festival grandparents lol.

I truly feel honored to have met Ruth & Bryan, their home is spectacular! They are the nicest couple and the best hosts. Our room slept 5 adults comfortably, it was immaculately clean and the sky lights were awesome too. We had one of the bigger rooms I believe.

We were there with friends for a weekend get a way and didn’t know what to expect. Turned out It was the highlight of our weekend. The scenery, the peacefulness was the exact contrast we needed from our wild day adventures we had in Mansfield.

There is not one bad thing to say about this beautiful property, the rooms or the hosts. I think Bryan said it best, we entered as strangers and left as a family.

Ruth and Bryan are lovely hosts. They were very hospitable and made us feel like staying with family. Their home is beautiful and breakfast was great - they tailored it to our lower sugar style and it was wonderful. The large tea selection plus great conversation was delightful. Highly, highly recommend a stay here.

This was just what we needed! A lovely home out in the quiet countryside, with the occasional Amish horse & buggy going past. The hosts, Bryan and Ruth, warmly welcomed us into their amazing home. Conversation was easy, pleasant, and informative about the area things to see and do. The cherry room is very comfortable, quiet, and is tastefully decorated, as is the entire house.. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The breakfasts each morning were delicious, plenty filling, served family-style on the screened-in porch, off the kitchen, overlooking the gardens. If we return to this area we would certainly consider staying here again. Great choice! Thank you, Bryan & Ruth!

The location of this beautiful B&B is close to many activities in the area. Our hosts immediately welcomed us into their home and made us and our young children feel right at home. Bryan and Ruth's hospitality was absolutely great; we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast in their screened in porch, and they treated our children to Mickey Mouse pancakes and M&Ms for breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, with cozy bedding. The bathroom was just a step outside our room, and was spotless. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the front porch which overlooks the picturesque countryside.

We would highly recommend this lovely B & B in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our stay very much, and Bryan and Ruth were excellent hosts. They could not have been more welcoming. It was interesting how each bedroom upstairs had a different wood. We stayed in the Oak Room which had a pretty view of the woods in the back. All were beautiful. We appreciated how Bryan and Ruth hosts filled us in on the history of the area. Five stars!

What a wonderful experience! Our family came to Ohio for a wedding and this bed and breakfast was perfect for everyone from late 70s to 2 very small children. Brian and Ruth were exceptional hosts and the breakfasts were outstanding! The grounds are beautiful and the house was very interesting and very clean. Excellent choice! Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds!
