Beautiful hotel for a stayover. Restaurant is OK and smoke free. Casino is smoking.|Very nice room. Internet glitched every few minutes. Front desk said the interest was just slow, but hardly anyone was staying there and it kept crashing. We would stay there again.

On our way up the Coast towards Bandon on St. Patrick’s day, we spotted the sign announcing their Corned Beef special and didn’t hesitate to pull right in. Not only did they have the traditional St. Paddy’s day offering, but also the weekly Monday prime rib special.

Ordering one of each to share, out came two corned beef plates.

One was removed as we waited 15 minutes for the prime rib plate. It was so hard that the steak knife was struggling. Tasted a bite, zero flavor and nearly impossible to chew. I informed the very sweet server, she had them “fix it”.
A replacement was sent out much later. I would bet 100% it was microwaved. The potatoes and gravy were packaged, they put butter pots on the plate, but no bread.

Dessert was included. Bread pudding; my favorite and I was hungry at this point. It was a plastic cup of something completely bitter. Zero sweet. A chunk of dried sourdough (?) surrounded by some sort of fluff to resemble whipped cream () then topped with a green foam that was completely tasteless.
I have never had a more disgusting meal in my life. Server said it was all leftover from the previous Monday (OMG)
After pleading our point with the dismissive manager, we has one plate removed from the bill. It was to the point that other guests were all in disbelief and shared what others had warned them about the food and one table continued getting double charged. I just wanted to pay and leave with enough time to eat elsewhere, but the server refused to deal with it and ignored us. Very strange and has us questioning what exactly was in the few bites we tried

The casino breakfast is amazing!! Sooo worth it for $7.77 you get a lot of food and they let you substitute toast for a pancake. My review is of the hostess/waitress Hunter who is always there when we go on Monday and we get her everytime. She never listens to your requests, acts like she hates working there and is not friendly! I tell her no whipped cream on my cappuccino, she brings it back with whipped cream anyways. If I ask for some Tabasco, she forgets altogether or brings it after I'm done eating. Please put her in the back of house, she's not happy helping customers. Other than her, food is excellent and worth it!

We visit the casino when in the area several times a year.
We are not smokers. The non smoking area has gotten smaller and smaller. The little non smoking area is surrounded by smokers. The machines are tight. We are checking out Elk Valley Casino. The exhaust fans don’t do a good job at removing the smoke.

Rooms are great. Arturo is terrible at the restaurant. Managers shouldn’t tell customers they don’t believe them when they say the food is terrible. Plus a jersey at work seems very unprofessional when I am donating all this money to the casino. Bin smoke area is in the middle of all smoking areas so don’t expect to be free of a headache or cancer. Middle ground for this casino.

Most corrupt casino I’ve ever seen in my life black deck dealers saying they had 21 when they did not and playing the bonus on blackjack if you get a flush or a straight or a straight flush or three of a kind you get paid on that bonus spot I literally watched the dealer Not by mistake try and forfeit my flush hand. California gaming commission used to come down on this place! The things I saw today I’ve never seen at any other casino! If you like blackjack, just make sure you are paying extremely close to all cards! Major cheats, and once I started winning, I had to leave the casino! The dealer would not deal to me the one that tried to screw me out of a winning hand. Also, I literally saw the dealer forfeit the guy’s hand before he looked at his own cards. The guy did not bust

Haven't stayed in the hotel itself yet. Have spent many times enjoying shows, gambling and drinks in the bar. Always a great time! Great drinks, food and entertainment. Worth the stop

Positive: Outstanding hotel! Large rooms! Casino near and nice. Restaurant on-site was good. Peaceful location. Negative: Breakfast not included, but steak and eggs for $7.77 was really good. Highway noise. Paying extra for balcony was not worth it.
