We like to go off the strip and support small businesses when possible. We decided to try this breakfast place rather than the place we usually go.
They don't take reservations, and there was a wait, which seems to be a regular thing, but the staff was very friendly and the wait manageable.
The service was good and the food was good as well.
The jam sampler with crackers was a pleasant surprise.

I started eating and remembered to stop and snap this photo! The food is plentiful and delicious! I couldn’t even eat half of this sandwich! Our server was friendly and attentive. My uncle loved the Portuguese sausage, and my aunt said the French toast is good. I tasted my daughter’s grilled cheese and it was nice and cheesy/buttery. This NC girl will definitely highly recommend Lou’s Diner to my friends and family who are visiting the area.

Great little quirky, old school Vegas greasy spoon. Good short order breakfast for sure. The home made raspberry jam is out of this world. Clientele has certainly been coming for a long time. Classic car in the front, always a neat touch. This place has been here for as long as I can remember.

This lovely diner came highly recommended and did not disappoint. It's a bit hidden from the outside and if you aren't look for it you may drive right past and not know it's there. We were there on a Monday morning and there was a bit of a lineup, so come expecting a wait. Once inside this spot did not disappoint. Between the small town diner vibe, the incredible service, the homemade jam and crackers and the food recommendations we went away super happy!!!

Hidden Gem! The prices are great the Breakfast was so warm and homey feel to it. I love the free jam sampler plate. I tried and loved all of them! You can even purchase a jar of it. Definitely has a locals feel to it. I will come back again and again every time I visit Vegas.

Place always has lines.I had been here breakfast and lunch time,but line quickly moving.
Prices are good, foods are delicious, and service is quick.

The ratings of this place don’t lie. It was a very nice diner with a very good experience. Good was good. Service was good. I even got candy for Halloween. I definitely recommend. I traveled from the strip to here. Glad i did
