So I've been getting breakfast often here at Los Jarritos, but for some reason the breakfast burritos are not what they use to be. I made a mistake and ordered chorizo with no egg thinking it was chorizo and potatoes. It was just chorizo, so i asked if they could add potatoes because I can't eat just chorizo alone. So they pretended to remake my burrito, they just add like 3 potatoe strips. I couldn't eat it as it's too much chorizo not enough potatoes. I tried to call them to let them know about the issue. You can't even get through if you call after 12:30 they just ignore your calls. They get 0 stars for poor customer service and not answering the phone, not everyone is calling to order, thay might be calling to let youknow order was wrong. Lets see what they tell me tomorrow about this issue.

Went on Saturday while the Rodeo was going on with lots of traffic 🤪 looked at the menu and asked for Carne Asada burrito, but they were waiting on a delivery. We ended going to another restaurant for my grand-daughter's but ended up going back to Los Jarritos to get our burritos.
Staff were great, pleasant personable, and appreciative that we waited. The burritos hit the spot while we were watching my grand-daughter's soccer ⚽️ games at Rodeo Park! While we didn't order the Pozole, someone was eating it outside and it looked delicious.
The restaurant is small, a couple of small tables outside. Call in orders available, catering as well.
Good food, good staff, worth the visit!

This is a HIDDEN GEM!!!
YOU NEED TO TRY THEIR RED CHILE BURRITO OR PLATE! it's red beef carne deshebrada with a very unique special flavor, menudo it's just 7 of of 10 bit the red chile is a 20 of 10! One of the best foods or the best that I've tried in tucson az.

Was visiting from Phoenix and was craving some good menudo so we decided to try los Jarritos. The menudo was bland, they don’t give you oregano, onion, cilantro, or crushed peppers like I’m used to. I had asked for crushed peppers and it did make the menudo a little better but I would definitely not go back for menudo again. The customer service was great.

This red chili carne plate is hands down the best. Close to homemade cooking if not better. I wish I had ordered a second plate. The first plate is going down too fast. I am hooked on their red chili and look forward to when I can try other dishes by this small mom and pop gem in the desert. Thank you guys for my first experience being a WOW you won my heart over experience….. You will be seeing me every chance I get!
