Working the team at Lorraine Lim Catering for my birthday was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! They were responsive to my emails, requests for menu adjustments, and tons of questions I had leading up to the event. They were able to provide passed hors d'oeuvres, a charcuterie table spread, non-alcoholic beverages, a bartender, AND desserts -- all we had to do was provide the alcohol. The servers were so wonderful, attentive, and kind, and the food was delicious -- we got lots of compliments from our guests! I truly loved working with Lorraine Lim Catering and I'll be recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient caterer with excellent food and service for their event or wedding. Lorraine Lim Catering is a fantastic caterer and I highly recommend their business! Before happening upon Lorraine Lim, we looked at 4-5 different caterers for our wedding. The moment we met Glenn and Lorraine we knew we had the right place. Between Glenn's superior customer service and and Lorraine's skill as a chef we couldn't have been in better hands.

One of our primary considerations in choosing a caterer was finding someone that was willing to work with the unique needs of our guests in developing a menu, while keeping costs at a reasonable level. Glenn and Lorraine were not only happy to modify items on their menu as needed, but also to add dishes to their menu that hadn't previously been in their repertoire at no extra cost!

Glenn and his staff had everything running spot on. From coordinating with other vendors, to set up of the venue, to running the entire plated dinner service and bar smoothly, to the final breakdown...it all went off without a hitch.

Lorraine Lim's catering is excellent and one I'd like to experience again. She catered a 300 person benefit ball for Community Memorial Hospital. Her staff were not only attentive, they were very kind and fun to be with. They worked hard and stood by with amazing food. The scampi shrimp and guacamole smash on a tortilla chip is outstanding as is the Sashimi in a delicous savory cone. Spectacular! Thank you Lorraine!
