Visited here after visiting the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta not too far from this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and all the food looked amazing. Ended up getting some ribs cornbread, Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. It was spectacular. Truly a southern home-cooked meal. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again!

Biiiiiiiiig fan! This place holds special memories for me because it reminds me so much of all the times I’ve gone with my grandparents on Thursday nights BUT the food is also amazingly good!

Thursdays are the nights we normally go, so I can get the spaghetti and okra (weird combination but it’s fantastic)! My grandparents love the pork chops!

I had always passed by Loretta's on my way to work and it always was packed both inside and outside with the drive-thru line being long. Well I decided to go there for lunch to see finally what it was like. The style inside Loretta's is similar to a cafeteria. Some other local restaurant comparisons include Longstreet Cafe in Gainesville and Curt's Restaurant in Oakwood. After picking up my utensils and napkins, I got a bowl of potato salad, 3 chicken tenders, one country fried steak that was smothered in white gravy and a bowl of fried squash. I also got a cup of sprite to help wash it down.Out of all the items I got, the Country Fried Steak and the fried squash stood out the most. Both were seasoned well with the steak being tender enough to cut without a knife and gravy adding some additional flavor. The fried squash was also well battered and not overly fried. Service was also excellent with some staff members taking away my finished plates without me having to drop them off at the front. I surprisingly spent less than $15 for what I got! With the affordable prices and a seemingly loyal customer base, I can start to see how Loretta's has maintained is popularity through the years.

We love Lorettas Breakfast, I would frequent more if the staff was a little more friendly. That is their only downfall. No matter if you’re in the drive-thru or inside some of the staff is short and it’s quite obvious they want you out of their line. Other than that the food is always delicious, and hot! Pancakes as big as the plate, I was able to share pancakes with my children and still have leftovers.

A wonderful place for a Thanksgiving meal. We enjoyed takeout occasionally during the week. With only four of us we decided to pop in for a Thanksgiving meal we arrived at about 12:20 pm. A line was just forming and we were able to get our meals rather quickly. Food was delicious with all the traditional options. Turkey with dressing, ham, mashed potatoes, greens, sweet potato casserole, desserts and so many more options. Around $50 for a family of 4. Courteous wait staff. We will be back.

This is a low key cafeteria, with very friendly staff, old-fashioned excellent food. If it was close to me. I'd be there every week. The okra was excellent, the macaroni and cheese the best I've had in years, and the chicken livers were awesome. The reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars, is that it is basic chairs and tables, but it fits the basic down to earth atmosphere.

My son and I went here on the recommendation of a patron. He assured us we would enjoy it. The atmosphere is that of a hometown gathering of all the locals. The food is good and service

Edit: I normally do not do this kind of review over one horrible human being. But this woman went Way beyond anything that should be acceptable.

Went here for the first time today (3/5/2025) because my husband was raving about their biscuits. Admittedly the food was pretty good. However, the extremely loud mouth employee that was talking so loud you couldn't hear yourself chew, telling everyone how sick she was while she was back with the food, taking money and cards and laying in the booths meant for customers to eat. Even went as far to say she was just in the hospital while complaining to everyone about how sick she was. I went back up to get more food to go, and use the napkin to pick up my card because I don't want to get sick and this "lady" said if I don't want to get sick maybe I should stay home. Then when I said back to her after a direct comment to me that she shouldn't be telling everyone how sick she is while handling their cards and food she told me she was not talking directly to me. Even with the comment directly to me and her being so loud while complaining about how sick she was you couldn't hear yourself think. I will not be going back simply because that is ridiculous. So if you don't mind getting sick with your breakfast. They got a good biscuit with a side of nasty.
