On a bike ride across America. This is one of my very favorite places that I’ve stayed. This is a very nice B&B. Allan is a gracious and welcoming host. I found it to be very well setup with everything you need. The trail runs right through the backyard! A nice break on a long ride.

Exceptional stay. Spent the night at this B&B on our bike trip on the Ohio to Erie trail. We could not have been happier with our accommodations. The house sits directly on the trail, it appears to be brand new, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Alan was very helpful with information on the trail and the town.

Staying at the London Guest House was an absolute treat! The location? *Incredible!* It's literally right on the Ohio to Erie Trail, making it a perfect spot for cyclists and trail enthusiasts.

The house itself is stunning. There's this beautiful covered patio that's just perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with each one having its own bathroom—talk about convenience! The showers are clean with modern fixtures, and the air conditioning kept everything cool and comfortable.

The central room is large, cozy, and just oozes relaxation vibes. It feels like they thought of everything—there’s even a smartly stocked kitchen with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Oh, and they’ve got a washer and dryer available too, which is such a game-changer for longer trips on the trail. I left with all clean gear/jerseys.

Honestly, this place was a tremendous find for me, and I’m already planning to come back many times. Booking was a breeze, thanks to their easy-to-use online reservation system. And the price point? Totally reasonable for what you’re getting.

What a gem! Conveniently located literally right on the bike path. Alan was super accommodating and had everything you need (free laundry, stocked fridge, coffee, fruit bowl, garage storage for bikes). The beds were very comfortable and love the local business partnerships. Alan gave us a coupon for a delicious breakfast at M&M diner next door. I cannot recommend this enough! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

We were delighted with our stay at this new B&B / boutique hotel, which is right on the Ohio-to-Erie bike trail. The bedroom was very comfortable, the bathroom had a fantastic shower and soft towels, and we could also use the kitchen, living room, back porch, and washer/dryer. Our bikes fit comfortably in the garage. Alan, the owner, was generous with his time and information about the area.

Nice new facility right on the Ohio to Erie bike trail. Nice room with its own bathroom, and Alan the host was very accommodating. Located right next to a little diner so easy to get breakfast/dinner. I'd definitely recommend the London Guest House if you're traveling through the area and you just can't get any closer to the bike trail!
