This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The service was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delight to the senses! The professionalism displayed by the entire team was commendable, making our visit truly enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will be returning again and again, and we can't wait to bring the rest of our family along to share in the experience. This place has earned our highest recommendation, and we can't wait to come back for more unforgettable moments.

I’m going to start off with the positives the location is great you’re right by the boardwalk where you can walk around and look at stores and restaurants and they have a beautiful pool the kids seem to really enjoy. There is a nice kitchenette.Other than that our stay was like staying at a super eight with resort pricing. The first room we had there’s no insulation so you can hear all the people in the hallway partying and going up and down the hallways till 2am we heard everything in the parking lots ( mind u on the second floor) and people fighting in the parking lot at one and 2 AM . The AC can only go down to 70° which is fine if the temperature control was where the bedroom is but the bedroom isn’t there so it gets super hot in the bedroom. The water was lukewarm. I spoke to the front desk lady in the morning and she gaslights me and told me it was my fault that security hadn’t been called about about any of these complaints because I should’ve called her which again if someone’s walking down the hallway screaming at 2 AM in the morning they have cameras in the hallway. All I wanted was a good nights sleep . Now let’s talk about the cleanliness of the hotel. they did however moved me to another room which was at the end of the hallway which is what I would recommend and I would recommend if you are going to stay there that you get a room facing the lake not the parking lot because you will hear even on the second floor people when pulling in , screaming , fighting in the parking lot it’s kind of like Vegas but you can hear it in your room. I was there for a wedding. I will attach some photos of the mold that was in my room and how dirty it was. I have asthma so that was a concern and also I spoke to the front desk about how the water from my shower is just lukewarm and he said they keep it at a low temperature to save money. I booked a massage for my daughter at 1 PM and at 12 PM they called to cancel that. I will say the front desk people other than the lady who is there on a Saturday who is brunette were very nice the front desk lady who I spoke to about my complaints pretty much told me it was my own fault people like to party. I don’t mind partying I just don’t want to hear it in my room at 2 AM there is no insulation at all in any of these rooms and this is a Resort these are not cheap hotels fees but you were definitely not getting a resort you are getting outs best a best western that sturdy and I read the reviews before I booked and I just don’t know how I could have two rooms that we’re just horrible.

The room I received is actually a 3.5 star. Had a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. The stove only got hot on high. The dishwasher was a rinser. The microwave and refrigerator worked well. Beds were good. The shower trap kept draining and letting the sewer gas in. Internet? Not worth mentioning. The restaurant had good, pricey food. Nice pool. Great location if you want to cross the London Bridge, not so good for everywhere else. Good location if you want to walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, spacious, very clean resort. Staff treats you like family! Food at Martini Bay prepared by a Cordon Blue Chef and was outstanding! Took the bus tour to Oatman with driver-narrator Doug. If you want to know the history of the area - Doug's the expert! The magic show was outstanding, as well. There's tons of great food within walking distance. The London Bridge is adjacent. Take the Sunset Cruise tour.|...so much to do; so little time...|We'll be back! :)|THANK YOU, Alisha!!

Rooms are good, location is great. Don't bother going to the in house restaurant if you are wearing any kind of event bracelets (BBB). We have stayed here many times in the past and always had great service; however, this time we were treated with disrespect. Several groups with multiple people came in after us ( 10 minutes or more) and the wait staff catered to the groups first. We got tired of waiting and decided to leave. As we were departing one of the wait staff stated thank you and have a good evening. Now, we are leaving the resort hoping to find a good place to dine.

I stayed at London bridge resort and had one of the worst experiences in my life!! I was coming back from lunch at Shogun and seen a woman with dark brown hair exiting my room. I said excuse me what were you doing in my room?! And what is your name?! she turned around and looked in my direction and tried walking off without responding! I started yelling "hello I know you heard me!" she finally stopped and said her name was Marissa with housekeeping. I told my wife to go check the room and waited for her to return. I told Marissa if she stole something she better return it before my wife gets back and I wouldn't tell management. She started reaching for her pocket and pulled out my expensive Omega watch that I got as a bonus for being with my company for 10 years... I told her I better not see her again and I decided not to tell management because I'm a man of my word. But that's not going to stop me from trying to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

The location is awesome it's right next to anything you could want to do.

The service has been amazing. The staff is great.

The only drawback to this place and it might be specific to the room size we bought is the full size bed in the master bedroom.

We did a 1 bedroom suite and the couch bed looks like it might be larger.

Difficult to hook up 2 computers at the dining table...outlet was across the space, and only one receptacle because the other was used for the floor lamp. Large refrigerator and other kitchen items in this unit much appreciated! It was noisy; people are not thinking to lower their voices in the hallway. Hard-working employees like Melissa and Cory are wonderful assets!
