First time at Logan's Roadhouse, and I was very impressed with our experience. The service was exceptional. The food was excellent; I ordered the prime rib, which was probably one of the best I've ever had in terms of flavor and tenderness. On point. 🤌 This establishment is well-suited for watching sports and enjoying a few drinks with appetizers or simply socializing with friends and family. Our food arrived promptly.

This was my first time trying Logan’s. It’s a Sunday afternoon, so it wasn’t surprising how crowded it was. Despite that, we were still seated relatively quickly (about 5mins). Our server was pleasant and got us our food and drinks within about 15 minutes of ordering. In terms of hospitality, Logan’s is at the top of their game. The food, however, was mediocre. The complementary rolls were bland and hard. My party of 4 all agreed that the food we received was under-seasoned. The ribs were cold, as well as the corn. The bread I received with my pasta was a piece of toast with a slice of melted mozzarella on top, which would be fine if it had any seasonings or flavor at all. The only food we could not complain about was the coconut shrimp. Honestly, the prices are kind of outrageous for the quality of the food you receive. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’m not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon.

Super nice waitress! Salad was delish! Got extra rolls. Pretty Xmas decorations. Would recommend for a casual steak dinner or chicken salad, etc! 🙂

Very fast and friendly service. And the food came exactly as it was supposed to. It was a good steak, and the sides were great. 3-10-23 The food was good, the service was phenomenal. My only complaint was the lack of sear on my steak. 1.31.2025 all the above is still true. But shout out to David, this young man was a phenomenal server.

This is the second time we have come to this establishment and we both ordered the same 8oz sirloin. One steak comes out perfect and the other steak looks like a piece of rubber. Ordered med well but comes out as flat as a tire and cooked well done. Mentioned it to the manager and it was taken back to be fixed and then brought out the same exact steak. This will be our last time spending over $100 and getting subpar food.

We had a large party for dinner yesterday to celebrate my mom. Our waiter was Grant and he's superb!!! The best service we've had in a long time! He kept our drinks full, got us anything we needed quickly and very professional! Way to go Grant we will ask for you every time we dine!!! Our steaks , pork chops etc were cooked perfectly as well! A fantastic dinner thank you Logan's!

Although our server was prompt, he had a hard time remembering what our drinks were. Even though we didn’t have to wait long for our food, it was either cold or at best, less than room temp. I had the ribs that were over cooked but cold and I mean, cold. They also tasted more like mustard than bbq. I can understand why we didn’t have to wait long for a seat.

The sorry excuse of a spinach dip they served as an appetizer was watered down steamed frozen spinach tossed in the most minimal amount of cheese known to man. The mashed potatoes tasted like bland paste as if served from a box instant pack and the potato soup was thick and gravy like. When we expressed these issues with our waitress we were told she was so sorry with no further solution or compensation offered. We were charged and left having paid full price for the worst meal I’ve ever had. Not impressed. Not happy. Never going back.
