I can honestly say this place has done at complete 360. The staff is so helpful and nice now. I had a issue with my tub and Mr. Nate came and not only fixed the problem, he also fixed another soon to be issue with no hesitation. The staff at this hotel care about the property and it shows.This will be my 3rd year as a resident here and for the 1st time I can honestly say it's totally worth every penny. Great job to Mr. Nate and all the staff. You are appreciated dearly

The people running the place were fantastic. I met some new friends who were encouraging to me. That's what I liked most was being around good people. I actually was inspired by all that I met.

found out they have ants here, because I killed two and my husband found some in the bathroom and on the wall near the night stand. Housekeeping is a joke. They only come on certain days of the week and half clean your room. Now we've been in some decent hotels where housekeeping does a great job and cleans everywhere. But this particular hotel. . . Housekeeping does not make up the beds. They'll give you the linen and you have to make it up yourself. When they vacuum, they don't vacuum all the way, they do not clean the mirrors (we still have the same smudge on the mirror), they hardly give you any tissue, so be prepared to buy your own and be prepared to wash your own soiled sheets. Yeah, you have to wash your own sheets, because if you bring any dirty sheets to the front, they will not give you any clean ones. The WiFi around here is nooo good! Just wanted to give a second review. Oh and they charge a $35 late fee, when most hotels only charge $10 or they will try to work with you. I can't wait until our apartment is finally ready. This is not worth it!

Just wanted to say thanks to the staff and owners for holding my property. I had a emergency come up and had to leave unexpectedly and wasn't able the pack my things or clean the room as I usually do. When I returned to the hotel they had my property and treated me as if I hadn't left a day. Definitely good folks work here.

I came here to stay after my divorce. The experience was very favorable. Great maintenance team, good security and they kept up with the Landscaping. For the price this is a good temporary spot. I would definitely stay again if I had to. I'm a clean person so I didn't have any issues with bugs. Plus they have routine scheduled exterminators.

Honestly the rooms were comfortable, but were in need of a good touch cleaning. The room I was in had been cleaned after the last guest stayed in it but no one had been in to freshen up the room since then. The neighbors were pretty quiet, Management banging on doors and shouting at guests that have stayed past their reservation was a constant throughout the morning. The Quick Trip next door is the only great highlight. Management was polite, but don’t expect any small talk or courtesy beyond what’s required. All in all it worked in a pinch at the last min. The 2 nights I stayed, were ok, probably won’t be a repeat customer though.

Guest didn't pick up after their dogs. Children ran around unsupervised and destroyed the courtyard. Cops were there frequently. Couldn't sleep because of the frequent domestic disturbances Inadequate handicap parking .

I was greeted at the door with a smile. The front desk clerk Lisa was amazing; she was polite, respectful and kind. The room was clean and met all my needs. I look forward to staying here again, and encourage others to stop by and see for themselves.
