We got a the supreme pizza and bruschetta- the pizza was extremely thin. It was absolutely not worth $21 in my opinion. There were only a few sausage pieces and mostly all olives making it quite sour. Even with so little toppings, the crust was too thin and floppy to hold. The bruschetta was very sweet and lacked in basil flavor. The environment was very clean, roomy, and relaxed. I enjoyed the vibes here, but the food value was sub par. You’d be much better off going to Blaze pizza where you’d have better crust to topping ratio.

Brought the whole family as well as friends, total of 7 people. Prices were so reasonable and food quality was amazing! You get a KY farmers market and restaurant all in one! The staff was absolutely fantastic and KY friendly 🙂 Must stop place especially if you stop at the Buffalo Trace Distillery

Unfortunately, I have to give this two stars overall. First the positive stuff. The place was really nice basically picnic benches inside and out which seemed very comfortable. The place is very clean. They also allow dogs, which is great. I love the fact that they spent so much money with local farmers to get their produce so going into the place. It seemed like it was going to be good. Maybe on other people standards it is good. They have sourdough crust. I thought that was a great idea Until I started eating it and I really didn’t taste any sourdough at all, which was disappointing.

But let’s go back to the beginning after we ordered. These are brick oven pizzas and they weren’t too busy when we got there. Though it did seem that they had some to go orders. But these pizzas usually take five minutes at the most. We waited over 50 minutes and that was after I went and asked how much longer with the pizza take? I asked the one girl and she was very nice but she said she was gonna check on it and ended up getting distracted. Then one of the Pizza bakers came over and asked if she could help me and I just said I want to know how much longer our pizza is going to be. She didn’t come back and tell me, but after about a minute, the other girl went back there to put a ticket in. She came back and said that it’s in the oven. They weren’t that busy for that Pizza to take that long. When it’s been that long, you need to take care of your customers or you won’t have any customers. What they should’ve done as realize it took long and Somehow our ticket must’ve gotten misplaced. They should offered us a free drink or something to make us happy as it shouldn’t take almost an hour to get a five minute pizza out, especially when they weren’t that busy.

It probably would’ve been fine if they did not offer anything if the pizza was actually good. As I said before, it didn’t really have a sourdough taste at all to it. There was one pepperoni on most slices. Could barely find any sausage or mushrooms and we substituted the arugula for the olives. If I’m spending $21 on the pizza, I would like it to taste good. It really didn’t have much flavor. I would think that the ingredients cost no more than a total of three dollars for everything. So we did leave their disappointed and will not go back there. That’s too bad as there is a place that they have in Louisville as well.

I put myself through college working in restaurants and you should put your marketing dollars into your food so you can WOW people. I don’t see getting better so that’s why I won’t go back. It was definitely not supreme. Don’t skimp on your ingredients. I’d rather give five star reviews.

Hopefully, they will read this in a positive way to improve. It’s not easy getting customers and when you have the customers you want to take care of them. I think this place has a lot of potential to be incredible. However, I don’t plan on going back. I hope this helps.

Pizza is good. Prices are just very high specially for house more pieces, but you can get vegan and gluten-free options. They have two different gluten-free crust and one of them is vegan you can choose vegan cheese or nutritional yeast if you need a dairy free option however once you take for say the veggie pizza that’s around $18 then add the up charge for the crust and the vegan cheese you’re looking at $20+ for a 12 inch Pizza.

If you can get past the price, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. There’s an outdoor enclosed picnic area outside one with a playground area and one without which is great to let the kids run around while you enjoy local beer and delicious pizza. Then the lights at night are pretty. They also have live music sometimes.

Very cool spot, awesome staff. Really nice set up and good music. They support and source locally. We liked everything here but our pizza’s fell a bit short. They had too much cheese and not enough marinara. Dough was pressed to flat which leaves nothing to counter the grease that comes from the fat when cheese is cooked. These two combined made for floppy, greasy pizza. Whilst they tasted good…it took a lot of grease soaked napkins to get there lol. We were there pretty late so maybe just bad timing. Will be back to try again! Also the guy on the guitar was awesome!

Hands down the best pizza I have ever had!! The crust was unbelievable. My husband and I we're fighting over the Kale and Apple salad and he is not even a Kale fan! Prices are reasonable and this is a must stop located across the street from Buffalo Trace.

My favorite restaurant now 🙂 the gentleman taking orders was so kind and patient, he could tell it was our first time. It was a fun space to be in and he is awesome. He said their wings were great and they were- he made a special move to put my buffalo sauce on the side of plain wings so my daughter and I could split them 🙂 the pizza was the best I’ve ever had in Kentucky. So many options. We 🩷 Locals!

I chose this place for lunch for my fiancé and I as they had great reviews. After doing some research, I learned they use Kentucky based products.

We walked in and were greeted by a friendly woman who told us what appetizers were best and we chose hot wings for the appetizer and she got a Cobb chicken salad and I got the Locals Supreme wood fired pizza made with homemade sourdough.

She also gave my fiancé a sample of an on tap strawberry beer and she said it was great! I got a locally sourced strawberry lemonade and we sat down.

Our food was brought and let me tell you, the wings were so flavorful! Perfect spice and they were cooked to perfection! My fiancé said her salad was great and the wood fired pizza was phenomenal and had a nice char/wood flavor!

The atmosphere was inviting and the bathroom was spotless! Food establishment restrooms are a pet peeve of mine and if they have a dirty restroom, I won’t eat or order to go.

Props to the pizza guy and people who prepared our meal! We’ll definitely be back!!

Thank y’all for such a wonderful lunch!
