This place is horrible. The room wasn’t clean, doesn’t have refrigerator and microwave as it’s supposed to, one of the drawers was full of needles, the toilet had pee all over it, the smell was terrific and not only in the room, was all over the place. They just want to steal your money, because once you have the room if you complain about it you will not receive a refund for their pretty nasty work

Booked on Expedia solely for the amenities. Husband went to check in and first sight was the riftraft around the motel. Although listing said non smoking, the ENTIRE inn INCLUDING room smelt of cigarettes. He walked into the room to find that there were no amenities. No microwave, fridge, or coffee pot. Go into the bathroom, no towels, no toilet paper. Hallways had cigarette butts on the carpet in the corners. Trash piled up outside. When husband went to the front, front desk told him we had to call Expedia. They put me on hold to call the property. I was told the motel manager denied my refund. I called the property and they wanted to see the pictures. I sent them and never heard anything back. Scum. I’ve seen cleaner crack motels.

This place needs to be shut down. I’m sorry but no motel should have such unsanitary conditions like this place. Roaches in the bathtub and all around the room, the reek of smoke in the hallway and even in the supposed non-smoking rooms, also a seedy crowd in and around the motel. I didn’t feel safe at all being there, there was definitely more than cigarette being smoked there too.

I had a friend at this hotel and it's ghetto as HELL !!!!!! ALL HE DID WAS COMPLAIN ABOUT THE HOTEL THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH AND THE ROOMS WERE MEDIOCRE .... AND THERE WAS NO WORK IN MICROWAVE IN HIS ROOM.. AND I BELIEVE HE SAID HE PAID 800 TO 900 A MONTH TO STAY THERE

We checked in around 6:45pm. Room wasn't clean at all, dead roaches on counter and in tub in the bathroom. There wasn't a remote to the TV nor any towels in the room. When I asked the desk clerk he replied he would have maintenance bring it in an hour. We left to hang with family returned at 10pm, still no remote. Asked the clerk again and he finally said he would find us one, gave us two bath towels, no hand towel nor wash cloth, then stated that's all he had to give. Thankfully we had time to go buy towels for our selves.

The bed was dirty and no towels, no toilet papers the smell was disgusting the halls where nasty bad service never staying there. The floors were stinky and bathroom and showers are dirty too. I weather pay a good hotels and sleep comfortably for my family
