Staff was extremely professional and courteous. Property is located between Eugene and Corvallis so it's an easy drive either direction to get away from traffic and have a nice place to stay football weekends. Rooms are very comfortable! Some overlook the river. The church on the property is well worth attending if you are a church goer as well!

Our experience continues to improve each year we stay at the Life NW Hotel. Cleanliness improves dramatically over previous years, and insects from the river and adjoining farms seem to be decreased noticeably. LNW remodeled the rooms with new colors, bedding etc. which are nice upgrades, while leaving the nice oak woodwork which I really like. Staff is super friendly, and accommodating any odd hours or reasonable requests, and considering the price, there is no doubt we will continue to come back.

A SECRET TREADURE!! My daughter booked our family here for her 2024 OSU Graduation We didn't mind it being 30mins away, because this place is so peaceful. Definitely worth the price. The rooms are great and the Suite was awesome. The Front desk is closed over weekends, but the Mgr and Staff are so completely helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

I am part of a work crew, and we spend three weeks in Linn County every summer. This season, we found Life Northwest, and this motel is hands down my favorite. A sentiment shared by everyone I spoke with on our crew. Kelly and the front desk staff are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and at home, which is a real treat when you spend the kind of time we do in motels. The rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and the furniture gives you a real home feel. All of the little things are great, water pressure, parking, quiet, and the view is amazing. My room has a small deck overlooking the Willamette river. I almost hate to post this review as this is the kind of place I will return to any time I am in the area. It's a hidden gem so I selfishly hope it doesn't become so popular I can't get a reservation...lol!
The rooms have quality toiletries, coffee makers, and refrigerators. I have nothing but good to say about Life Northwest. Thank you for hosting our crew this season. I hope we get to stay with you next summer.

We stayed in an RV site. The site was easy to make a reservation for. The site is easy to pull into it has full hook ups. Nice grass between the sites. The staff is very friendly. Only complaint is that the morning of our departure the nice grass was mowed at 8am. They could have started the mowing farther from the RV sites allowing my wife a bit more sleep. We will be back.

My family had a wonderful stay at Life Northwest last month. The location is picturesque, and the facilities were quite comfortable. The front office was so friendly and welcoming that we felt right at home from the start. When we are back in the area, we definitely plan to stay here.

Horrendous experience. We were so excited to get out of town and this seemed like a great option, given the price and reviews. It was a nightmare.

When we first walked into our room, we were hit with a scent of strong, unpleasant chemicals. The latch on the back door didn't work and therefore was 'locked' by using a wooden stick placed in the frame of the door. The mattress was lopsided/slanting. We had to kill two spiders in the bathroom. The towels & washcloths had a very musty smell. And, worst of all - there were very clearly many open rooms during our visit; unfortunately, there was a group of 5-7 people in the room directly above ours partying until 3am (turned out to be a bachelor party). The walls and floors in this motel are paper thin - you can literally hear full conversations as well as every step someone takes. This truly ruined the weekend for us (we were in town for the PNW half-marathon - getting 3 hours of sleep made for a brutal morning).

The one positive was the woman working at the front desk. She was very pleasant and super nice. Sadly, they don't have staff there for assistance after 6pm (we called the front desk three times in an attempt to change rooms with no luck).

You'd be much better off spending a few extra bucks and getting an AirBnB or another hotel in the area. If you decide to test your luck and give it a shot, I'd suggest requesting a room on the top floor.
