Was very excited to try this pie! Website and reviews claim a “New Haven style” I was looking for a nice charred pie thin.crust. The pie was cooked well but not that New Haven style we all love. Very good just not what I expected. Got a large 2 topping in my option the size of the pizza it self was very small. Pricing average service was nice and quick

A true hidden gem!!! Friendly service, well decorated interior with a quiet but vibrant atmosphere. The salad, Tortellini Romano, and the Chicken Gorgonzola were amazing. I will definitely be coming back, with friends! Dev was an amazing manager and server, even while training two new employees.
Parking lot and entry way are 100% wheelchair accessible, and there was plenty of parking available.
Very clean, Very good! 100/10

This place is an absolute nightmare. Been here 4 times and never again. Keeps getting worse and worse. This last time the waitresses were absolutely horrible. Never came and asked for our drinks. Seemed to be bothered when we asked for silverware! Seemed to be bothered when we asked questions about the food! ROLLING THERE EYES and had attitudes when asked for basic things we needed at our table. Seemed annoyed that they had to be there. They were not attentive to us at all. The food was disgusting. Burned everything and thrown together like a 5 year old platted it. Food did not all come out at the same time. The waitress brought out a burning bubbling dish of crap late and put it in front of my 8 year old daughter. No warning it was piping hot or apology. And besides the terrible food and poor service the fruit flies are out of control. Flying and buzzing all around the crap food. Let me also mention there was only 3 other tables in there. Not like they were busy just laziness and plain rude. I would not recommend coming to this dump. And to put the cherry on the sundae they add in the gratitudy on the bill so you can't really tip them what there service is worth which is nothing. Whoever reads this needs to train and check there crappy waitresses and maybe get some real Italian chefs back there that know how to cook. This is no Italian restaurant worth raving about.

Absolutely delicious! The aesthetic, service, as well as the flavors of the food were absolutely awesome! When the server brought out the food it was as if they were presenting a work of art. Definitely recommend the pizza; it was literally life-changing 🤤

I came here two Fridays in a row. Both times, the staff was very friendly. The food was incredible. I'm thinking this is going to be my weekly spot. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to Lido's since it was sold to the new owners. I loved the place when the original owners owned it because of the high quality food they served. Tonight I decided to try it, even though I was hesitant after hearing the negative feedback. I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered an antipasto with fresh mozzarella, artichokes, olives, and prosciutto. They were all low quality products. The artichokes were rubbery and tough, the olives were mushy, the mozzarella was flavorless, and I have gotten better prosciutto at the grocery store. I also ordered an antipasto with ham, salami, and provolone but was surprised to get home and find a regular house salad instead. I did call about the salad and was credited. The staff is very friendly and willing to please, but, that alone does not make a good restaurant. Sadly, I won't be going to Lido's again. Even with the credit.
