We had company from out of town and I ordered from Lichee Gardens because it's been my go to place for years with delicious food every time. It had been a couple of years since I'd been there so I should've checked the recent reviews. We were very, very disappointed in the food we took home. It was bland... the Egg Foo Young was kinda awful and the Chow Mein tasted like it came from a can. The egg rolls were soggy. It was all just very mediocre at best. I'll never do it again. I wasted a hundred and fifty bucks... ouch. That's gonna hurt for a while.

To be honest the food isn't good, kinda tasteless. The chicken seems old has a freezer burnt taste, the rice is ok but bland. I couldn't eat the rest of the portions. Panda Express is better and there not good either.

this place has some of if not the worst chinese food i have ever had in my life! the lady working the counter hesitated for almost a whole minute before she would give me a plastic bag to put my food in, and that was after looking for a used bag to give. i would not recommend lichee gardens. better off driving to detroit or toledo if you want to find even decent chinese food

I would have given this place a 5 if the prices weren’t too high, love the food and people who own it seem very nice, but $15-20 for a combination dinner is too high in my opinion especially for the quantity they give you.

It’s carry out only, but the food is soooooo good. Chicken is hot and juicy. The egg rolls are not full of cabbage but they are filled with sprouts. I’m so glad I found this spot. It has become our favorite. The owners/ operators are very personal and friendly.

Extremely disappointed, food tasted like vinegar, I would have done better trying to cook Chinese myself, taste like regular rice with vinegar on the meat, in town working, wanted to support local business, This was a NO NO, waste of my money, should have went to a chainstore 😡😞😐
