Small intimate RV Park, quiet, great people and great owners. This park is not for the one night stand traveler. It is for the long term; beat the heat folks escaping from the desert. Grocery store adjacent to the park.

Nice little RV park there are are some spots available but it is 55 and older. Also they don't allow dogs which I don't really understand.

This RV Park is full of, full time, residents, nice park with lots of opportunities to socialize. Big trees, fair prices.

Right down the middle with services and rates. Too close to Hwy 260 . Most tenants book for year round so I'm not sure about vacancy and availability.
