Listen, yall know I don't give out 5 stars that often... if I could give a 6th star, this place would get it. I had the ribs, quesadilla, and smoked potato salad. Everything was delicious. The food was expertly prepared. The ribs were perfect and some of the best I have had. The dipping sauce to the quesadilla makes the meal. Let me tell you, if you come to this area, this is a must try!!! Don't get me started on that potato salad!!! Yum!!!!

We were at Sierra Vista Farmers Market and decided to try this place.
Very friendly service. We ordered quesadillas and lemonade. It took a while until received the food (the owner told us to come back in 17-18 mins so you can walk around the market) but it tasted great. The owner offers doggie discount to customers come with their dogs, and even gives a treat (our dog loved it).

Great, delicious BBQ option when in Bisbee. Food truck/trailer located right off Main Street. We got take out and ate back at our rental, but he also has tables set up if you want to eat right there.

My wife had he pork quesadilla and I had had ribs, both amazing and locally sourced by owner's farm.

While Bisbee didn’t impress us with its food scene, this food truck was a pleasant surprise. The owner's dedication is evident, as he uses locally sourced, hormone-free meat and even smokes with applewood he grows himself. We tried the generously portioned quesadilla with coleslaw, and while the price was on the higher side, considering the unique offerings, quality ingredients, and support for a small business in the current economic climate, it felt fairly priced.

I like the way this guy pitches his food. He is completely honest in the fact that it is the best pork I have ever tasted. Everything is home grown down to the hickory he smokes with.

I totally recommend the pork quesadilla. My gf had the pulled pork sandwhich, and it was amazing as well.

I don't hand out 5 stars easily, and this guy really deserves it.

I visited Arizona a few years back from California. While waiting to eat at the resturaunt next to this truck I needed to try it out. I was told it would be the best bbq sandwhich i've have ever had and it really was. If your local or visiting this is definitely a must have and I feel not enough people know how delicious this food is. I had to google maps and search just to find this and review it from california.

The owner, I'll call him Stuart operates this street side vending outlet,he uses the finest meats that he produces at his ranch/farm, he's very adept at his trade,when you order he often offers you a brief but detailed outline of how your food is produced and I add that his dedication to his craft can be experienced with the superior quality you'll taste in all of his products!
