The tee box’s and fairways are in decent shape, fun lay out, carts are a bit old but still work well, no tees or towels in the carts, at $60 you should at least provide tees.

Range is in okay shape, you get to hit off grass which is nice.

The club house is nice, and the staff was friendly.

The course was wide open probably due to the horrible greens see blow, but nice pace of play.

The greens and bunkers are in horrible shape, they have some type of fungus on the greens and you end up putting in mud.

The bunkers have weeds growing in them and the sand is super hard and compacted.

The course had definitely seen better days, $60 plus $10 for range balls this course is definitely not worth it. Fix your greens and you have a great course!

My daughter and I played on 12/20/24 and found the course to be overpriced for the conditions on the course. Cart paths are awful. Bunkers are in the process of being revitalized but are not raked. Greens are shaggy. Bar and Grill was not open. We were members of LIL a few years back but it’s not as good now as then. We were very disappointed. Probably wouldn’t return.

Great layout, but that's about it, green are bad, no water on the course to drink, it's a $40 course at best, but they charged $70 on a Friday morning, and if you get a small bucket of balls it's $80 total. Would not play it again

While the price to play has increased...the condition of the course has declined significantly. I've enjoyed playing this course a few times every year. It's a good layout. in the past, the course has been in average to good condition. Unfortunately, that is not the case right now.

The greens are in horrible condition. They have disease, fungus, bare spots and even mushrooms. There isn't one green that is in acceptable playing condition. Many tee boxes are also in poor condition. Lots of weed grasses mixed in with some bermuda.

On a positive note, the bunkers are not currently playable, but that is because they are being completely rebuilt. They definitely have needed it. Also, for the most part, the fairways are in good shape and the driving range is in better shape than in past years.

After warming up, hitting balls on the range, we should have just gone home. The course is not worth the $71.00 they charged for greens fee, cart and range balls. It is not worth playing at any price right now. Management should be apologizing for the current condition of the course and offering discounts for those who would be willing to accept and play under the current conditions.

Hopefully, the course will be given the proper treatment and care to make it once again, one of the best courses to play in south Georgia.

Got a tee time at 1:45 and was told that we could only play 9 holes ($45). Meanwhile, 18 hole tee times were advertised on GolfNow. Finished 9holes before 3:30 and was told we couldn’t play any longer. I’ve enjoyed the course in the past but likely won’t return.

The price is not inline with the conditions on the course. The greens are not in shape to charge $60 a round. The greens are shabby at best and the cart paths will rattle your teeth. I recommend dropping the price until the quality of the course gets raised!

We spent both Thursday and Sunday on the course and enjoyed it thoroughly. All of the staff was great including Bill in the pro shop, Dani behind the bar and our server for dinner on Sunday. The extra bonus was we discovered the course is a Harvest Host location. We brought our coach there on Sunday and spent the night in a peaceful area (vs a Walmart lot).

We look forward to visiting again next time we travel from the chilly Chicago area.

A hidden gem. Scenic course and usually maintained well for a fair price. The greens are on a decline as of late. There are plenty of tee times available every weekend. The cart path has been regraded in some spots but could improve. The range balls are terrible. There is a specific member that drives up to the greens every time I’m out there and they don’t seem to do much about it.

Update: The guy that drives on the greens is back in action. New pics from 11/12.
