The room was not clean, and was 93 degrees upon check-in after multiple requests for our arrival time. My assumption for the repeated checking on my check-in time was that they were preparing the room for guests. The air conditioning filter was caked with debris, causing the room never to cool. No consideration of swapping rooms, or sending someone to check the a/c unit, and didn't respond until after we had checked out the next morning. When going to the front of the hotel (where the lobby is "due to renovations") there was no breakfast as its advertised to be included.

am I considered as a pig? Room was totally dirty, included a towels, bedding and floor.
I’ve requested two beds, but they suggested me a room with one bed. Stuff isn’t professional and grumpy.
70$ it’s not deserves it.
Breakfast was horrible also, a lot of insects ?.

P.s. I’ve talk to a manager and he think his service is good and he told me - if you don’t like, you have to leave to another hotel. But didn’t give my money back.

Its ok but if you like sleeping you probably going to have a problem with the Mexican who stay there,,, they stay up all night playing loud music and partying,, I swear it’s no lie you will hear them all night long!!! I know the Lanett love that money they getting from them by the wee because it’s a work crew but I Swear To God you will not get no sleep Thursday-Friday

Totally renovated nice down computer soft new white sheets new moder laminate flooring moder table Lamps microwave mini fridge and they are getting ice machines and soda and vending machines. I had the opportunity to see inside a friend's room. Really nice now!!! Staff is very pleasant. Lobby is full of items. I was very impressed.

Rooms had bed bugs and water bugs told the manager about him having bugs and he became extremely rude great location but rude customer service..

To summarise - Disgusting.. Room & bed sheets hadn't been cleaned. Dirt/food in the bed sheets and on the floor. Stains on the towels. Leaky tap. Electrical fittings hanging off the walls. STUNK of smoke, gives you a headache.

I get that you can't expect much for a cheap price but basic hygiene standards aren't met. Lazily managed, wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

The room wasn’t clean prior to us arriving. I normally do not stay in “inn” but I saw the sign newly renovated etc. I check in and the room smells like smoke where I got a headache. As soon as my children arrived we had to leave to for a conference. So we weren’t in the room for more than 30min. We came back maybe 3 hours later and i checked out less than an hour after coming back. I drove me and my children back home late into the night. I asked for a refund in which they refused. I would not recommend!!! I lift up the bed sheet in the light it was mold everywhere and blood on the sheets. I guess you get what you pay for but I will get my money back.

Did not like anything about it, dirty place and I had to leave because I had an emergency that happened there at the hotel and they refused to give me the money back even tho they don’t have a money back policy it’s a ridiculous place, it smells horrible and there’s rats everywhere
