The inside atmosphere is pretty nice. It's on the ground level of a business highrise in Midtown Atlanta. The staff was pleasant and friendly. A friend and I ordered Iced Matchas and decided to sit outside. We weren't exactly pleased with our drinks. The matcha powder was a bit clumpy and not mixed well. The outside seating and tables needed cleaning as well. Overall, I think this location is a decent option for this part of Midtown. I wouldn't recommend their iced matchas. I've had their coffee in the past, which I enjoyed.

Just had a latte from here with my husband. Two sips in, anxiety set it. The drink is delicious and the service was amazing but their espresso is so strong that we are having a mental breakdown.

I ordered a vanilla cinnamon latte and asked if I could please have sugar free vanilla in place of vanilla. The barista then charged me extra for the sugar free vanilla. I asked her after I ran my card if that was a mistake and she said “no, you asked for sugar free and that’s an upcharge, just like premium milk” I understand completely that oat milk or coconut milk costs more than skim or whole, but there is no cost incurred to switching out a syrup flavor. I wasn’t asking for additional pumps, just trying to lessen the sugar in my drink. She was very rude about it, and gave no offer to remove the charge. Then, I got my latte and it was truly disgusting and bitter. What a waste and a terrible customer experience.

Nice area and ambiance. Don’t recommend the pistachio croissant because it’s artificial pistachio flavoring not real pistachio. But their other items are probably good. The croissant was nice besides the taste of pistachio they used. Very flaky and soft. Their drinks are pretty small for the price and are normal flavor so nothing special. But overall calm and quiet cafe with WiFi.

Cappuccino is disappointing, I think photo speaks for itself, also really overheated. Brownie okayish, but unfortunately falls apart

The individual that works here on Friday around noon has to be one of the rudest people I have encountered (This was on Oct 18). I specifically asked for my capuccino “for here”. When he makes it in the paper cup, I asked him to give it to me the ceramic cup, and he responded very rudely saying that I didn’t specifically ask for it. Whatever happened to customer service and the art of serving someone nicely when customers tip also! I will not recommend this location, but I love their coffee in other locations.

Arrived at 7:10 for an early coffee. The lights were off and the barista had headphones on. Was unsure if I should bother them, but what’s a morning without coffee?

I ordered a cortado pictured. The espresso tasted over extracted and burnt.

Came back after my errands for an americano. The employee handed me the carton of milk to both open and pour—unsanitary.

Tons of great seating though. Just not really good coffee or good vibes.
