What a great manager Allison is! She really does care about her residents and helps them with any concerns they may have. It's obvious she loves her job! We need more like Allison managing the parks around this city!!! Lamplighter.... yer lucky to have her! 😊

It was a nice family park. Now it is drug infested! The landlord moves anyone in without a background check if they are in a home that can physically move. All the druggies and prostitutes live there now with out having to report where they live and have no lease. Home's are being broke into and kids bikes stolen. The landlords name is Casey . he only works for 4 hours a day. Don't rent from him you will be sorry. Like I said before him this park was great. The kids could be kids and everyone was happy and looked out for one another. By the way I have never live in this park. I also am willing to write a good review if this changes. As for now the landlord needs to go and park needs a good cleaning!

I think our neighbors hate us. We have trained rats. There’s poison down, I’m being threatened with illegal eviction again.

We moved in three months ago, every concern and question we had was answered promptly. The park manager helped us find a mobile home that was affordable and assisted us with repairs before we moved in. Our little family loves living here.

I'm really glad to see that they've been cleaning the place up a lot of trailers and moved out it just looks cleaner. I hope they keep bettering the place making it nicer to live in
