Well, in orders to stay here, you have to do a background. Check a credit check. You have to show bank statements to your social security card and all the information to all your vehicles with insurance. And then after we have left, they had charged a substantial amount on our credit card

Absolutely amazing community for Part-Timers and Full-Timers. Rent is reasonable and If the community is amazing, friendly, and overall great. Great friendly worry free place for kids of all ages as well, very family oriented. I have been here for 6 months ths while I build my house and it is better than any community I have ever been in both inside and outside RV life.

So my Fiance and I are staying in a Federal park not too far from here. We accidentally came a day early so we had no place to stay.
On the way to our destination we seen Hilltop and it looked nice, so we decided to see if there was an opening for the Night.
Residents here came to our truck and asked if we needed help with anything and we explained our dilemma.
About 5 minutes they got the Owner (Josh) and he was able to accommodate us even though they were full.

The place is immaculate.
Bathrooms are clean and to be honest looks better then most homes.
Super excited to stay here even if it's for one night.

If you are in the Lake Texsoma area be sure to give this a look!

Lake Texoma Hilltop RV Resort is a gem. The bathhouse is spacious and always clean thank you to Amanda. The laundry room is wonderful and priced very fairly. Taylor is a magnificent host at this property. The grounds are always kept clean and this area always feels safe.

A beautiful place by the lake, well-managed, clean and new, and the rent is reasonable. All roads are paved with concrete pads and the acreage is maintained beautifully.
