This little spot is a gem. I would have never thought it was here. The lake is stunning, and my son and I had a blast. The gentlemen that helped us was the sweetest. I'm not sure his name could be the owner. We drove 54 mins to rent a canoe, and it was worth the ride. Paid about $58 to rent the canoe for 3 hours. Next time we will bring some food and drinks to have a little picnic on the center island there.

This place is a gem! Dan (owner of Lakeside Dan’s) is truly an amazing guy! From my first interaction with him (via text) to reserve a watercraft & fishing poll to meeting him in person, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a fantastic afternoon on the lake. Great management and fair prices as well as a safety waiver. Comfortable boats as well a beautiful lake stocked with plenty of fish. Picture included is my view before I caught a couple crappies.
