This casino is really nice and clean. What i liked about it was it wasn't dark like most casinos. The lighting was perfect. As far as service goes no one there come by to offer drinks or anything. As fast as gambling it seems like the normal for chicasaw nation pretty tight slots. Did not stay in motel so don't know how it is.

I recently enjoyed a free two-night stay. The hotel is non-smoking. The bathroom is spacious and has a rainfall showerhead. The water pressure wasn't great but acceptable, the temperature was good. The hotel is worth coming to! Now the casino experience I had was not so great. The machines are super slow to pay if any pay at all. While you could hear the traditional dings and pings of the games, I NEVER heard or witnessed any big wins. I brought my cousin along for the fun and neither of us won while using our cards. On my "last try", I put $20 in a machine without my card and within minutes I had $240. I quit at $200 to, at least, make me feel as if I left with something. I will likely return for the hotel but will drive the 30 min to surrounding casinos for a better winning/playing experience. My idea of a good time at the casino doesn't always include winning but at least a little play time. The first day we were done after about 35min. The overall atmosphere was pleasant.

Nice new casino. Good location. Plenty of parking. Wonderful customer service. Great ventilation so not smoky. But neither me nor my friends have ever won anything here.

We just went to visit for one night . It was our first time there from the girls at the desk who gave us our players card. Everybody was super friendly lots of staff on the floor to answer any question and the slots were clean and I never seen that was broken. Over all we had a great time. Definitely will be going back. Need waitress to serve drinks. Sucks to go stand in line to get a drink. Kills the mood.

Update came back staying at the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

No valet parking 😞

Slots not so good this time around Honeymoon is over with this casino. Time to move on 😬

This place just opened, and we used to go with friends. They gave me a membership card, and at the end of the year, they would provide a win/loss statement. However, the money I spent, lost, or won is completely different from what they show. Whenever I ask them about it, no one seems to have any idea. I've tried my best to get the correct amount, but this casino offers no clear explanation. When they can't explain it, they simply say I'm upset with them, claiming no one at the casino knows why my amount is incorrect. Whenever I call, they just say it's an issue with the accounts department, accuse me of being angry, and then hang up the phone. I wouldn't recommend this casino, as the staff and the casino itself are not honest with players, especially when it comes to providing accurate win/loss statements. Last year, I spent $9,000 and won nothing, but their win/loss statement shows I spent only $3,300 and won $3,200, which is completely wrong. I only went three times in 2024, so I know exactly how much I spent and lost at this casino, but I didn't win anything

Casino & Hotel are top notch. Big, clean and really well done. There is a cafeteria style restaurant, coffee shop, large bar, boutique store, free beverage station. They have a hotel with pool, RV park and it is all right by Lake Murray State Park.

The rooms were clean and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The closet/bathroom door was very awkward. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful. The cafe was very stark, like a hospital cafeteria, no atmosphere. The two cashier weren’t very friendly at all. The food wasn’t bad. I wish the smoking/non-smoking areas were more segregated. Just being on separate ends of the room, didn’t help much. The smoke was overwhelming for an asthmatic and non-smoker. And there weren’t as many machines on the non-smoker side. I wish there were more options for dining. I was a little disappointed on the availability of drinks. No wait staff to serve or take orders or self-serve drink stations. But overall it was nice. The halls were a little noisy and the walls between the room were somewhat paper thin. We could hear our neighbors.

What a wonderful hidden gem. But it won’t last forever. Very nice staff. Very nice rooms.
Nice pool area. Beautiful grounds.
Food court is ok. Needs. Some staffing consistently was our experience. Food quality was fair, but could easily be improved with consistent food court trained management and better training for kitchen staff and the ladies who take the orders. Finally a great coffee/dessert bar. But has weird operation hours. It should be open at 6:00 AM and close at 8:00 pm. Finally they need a craps table or two.
