5 stars for service and accommodations made by staff and employees.
The hotel will be renovated in the next couple weeks so there are current issues that will be addressed with the renovations.
My experience with the staff was phenomenal, they were all friendly and tried very hard to make me comfortable. I would definitely stay again

It may be under renovation but it is clean,comfortable and the staff is friendly. It was a perfect stop for us with it being pet friendly. The lobby is completed and looks great and if is any indication of what is to come don’t pass this place by!

This hotel needs a good cleaning
And I don't like that people can have their Dogs in the room. That's so ugly they are not kids. We have to treat them good but not like kids. I don't think that is what God wants us to do.

I had the best time. It's not the newest hotel but it's really nice for the age of it. The employees are what sold me on it. They are amazing. Tamara at the front was so kind. Everyone was great. the room was clean the beds were like so comfortable .. I could have slept all day... They are great thanks

Was the room dated? Yes but renovating. I didn’t make the arrangements because after the payment had been made I was informed and they didn’t read the reviews. I was FLABBERGASTED and scared! I must say our room was clean and NO signs of bugs or mold. Keith the front desk clerk was friendly and professional.

Very nice motel, not the newest, but not bad, was clean, friendly workers, delicious breakfast. Our goal is next time when we come to Texoma Lake stop by.

Let me start by saying I am a platinum member and this is the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. Only one elevator was working and it was scary because it dropped after stopping and made weird noises. I would have taken the stairs but I have a bad knee and couldn't. No ice machines were working so you couldn't even fix a drink or fill your cooler in the morning. There was not even a chair to sit in to watch TV, except the desk chair. The light bulb was missing from the lamp. The bed cover was just a thin sheet and thin top cover. Breakfast was also a disappointment. No boiled eggs, no yogurt, cold coffee, no milk (2% or whole). I had to find the attendant and ask for milk. She was hiding in the back on her phone. The scrambled eggs were empty at 8:30 and the kitchen trash cans were full. I would have complained but there was no one at the front desk. Hotel desperately needs a remodel and repairs.

This hotel was the filthiest that we have ever stayed in. Upon arriving we were informed that there was $100 charge non refundable for dogs. We were told that luggage carts weren't available "right now", THERE WERE NO LUGGAGE CARTS. The floor in the elevator was filthy. The carpets in the rooms were filthy. The furniture in the rooms were stained and worn. Breakfast was not edible except for the cereal.. We had just finished 8 days on the road and had had good stays at other Choice hotels. If this had been my first experience at a Choice hotel, it would have been my last.
