We have stayed at this quaint little place for many years. Service has always been awesome and Renee has been happy to host our family's yearly lake trip since our children were very small. Our large group of 20 return year after year and will continue! Never had rat feces...blisters or poison oak. The first reviewer must have the wrong lodge. Convenient location to two large marinas! Very affordable. Love it!

The owner Renee was so Friendly! Rooms were nice and clean and the place was decorated so Special! One of a Kind!! Stayed overnight and wished we could have stayed longer that is how Welcomed you felt!! WILL go back again! Try it you won't be disappointed!!! and also Pet Friendly!!

We had an amazing experience at the Pine Lodge! We stayed in the John Wayne room, which fit the two of us and our 4 kiddos comfortably, at such a resonable price. The Hilton it is not, but a retro motel with real keys; it felt like the places I stayed at as a child. The owner was friendly and kind, the towels were thick(though not matching), beds were comfortable and the swing out back was perfect for watching the kiddos catch fireflies!

If you are looking for all amenities of a large hotel, this isn't it. But for the price and friendly service, it is great! Rooms are clean and the air is cold! Close to the lake and fishing on the White River! Renee was a great host and we will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for three days in a business trip and the old biddy running the place came in every day after I left for work she came in and turned my AC off! I received 2 towels and 2 washcloths while there and she didn't bother to clean the room at all! She also made me leave bc she rented the room to someone else while I was still there! She got mad bc I had a toaster oven to cook with and said I was using the electricity! She was rude and all she wanted to talk about was getting out of there and moving to Arizona! The good reviews on here must be before she started working there. I stay in a lot of hotels because I travel 300 days a year and have NEVER been treated so badly!

Stinky ! Stinky ! The room stunk so bad to where it was hard to breathe. Musty and mildew . The carpet was filthy. It really needs a good cleaning. The owner should air out the rooms and try to use some nice smelling plugins. I don't like the idea of the owner going in your room when your not in it to check if the air conditioner is turned off and lights are off . Thank God for technology and camera use always good thing to have these days . This way you know who is in your room when your not in it . Don't use the coffee or creamer in the room it's expired. Over a year old . Yuck !

This place could not have been more perfect. It was so clean and cozy. Check in & out went smoothly with all my questions answered. I highly recommend staying at the Lake River Lodge.

I've been going to Bull Shoals since 1989. I've stayed at multiple hotels in lake view and bull shoals, rented house boats etc... You can't beat the price and each room has it's own theme. The John Wayne room is a good room for a family of 4 or 5. You cant beat the picture of the Duke in the bathroom. Hilarious!!! Our Family only stays at the Pine Lodge and Renee is the reason why. I'm not sure where "b k" stayed I'ts close to Harp's, Bush's and most importantly the lake!!!
