I felt incredibly welcomed when I called and chatted with Amanda! She took the time to explain their excellent options and exciting adventures. Her level of customer care truly goes above and beyond. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Fish Camp 4, which had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and we could tell the sheets and every corner of the cottage were sparkling clean. Plus, the food at the restaurant was simply delicious and remarkable! We were served by the lovely, friendly, and kind Taylor. We can’t wait to return because they made us feel very welcoming every moment we were there.|||| Thank you so much, Amanda!

We stayed in the fish camp cabins. We really enjoyed our stay in the fish camp themselves and would have loved to use the fire pit, but sadly it was rainy most of our time there. We had both breakfast and a valentines dinner at the hotel restaurant. I must confess, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It was an additional $14 per person and you have to make a reservation beforehand. Our morning, we were given plain bagels, cinnamon sugar oatmeal, and sausage as well as fruit. I was expecting to have choices, but everyone was served the same plate. I was hoping for maybe some cereal or yogurt etc as I have had more choices for included breakfasts, but I understand this is a smaller hotel. We got to have the four course valentines dinner later that day that we enjoyed for $65 per person. Everything was great! The desserts were a little rich, but we loved the atmosphere and the service.

The hotel is very charming and historic. One can tell that the team members are proud of their hotel and they all do their best to make the guest feel at home and comfortable. We had the Valentine's Day Dinner which offered great choices and delicious food. There are inevitably some challenges that come with a historic property, but all in all we left with pleasant memories.

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. This place is so beautiful and feels like a home. The staff was so nice and kind. The rooms were so clean and cozy. The views are nice and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. Everything about our stay was perfect. If you are staying in this area, I cannot recommend this place enough

Restaurant review
We rented a house nearby and we’re looking for a place to have a birthday dinner. We made a reservation and we’re warmly greeted in a very quaint decor.
Taylor was our server and she was OUTSTANDING!!! She was friendly, very happy to be there and waiting on us. She knew the menu and was able to answer questions. Taylor smiled all the time she was addressing us. The food was very good, but the steak was undercooked for one us, we still enjoyed our dinner.
A week later, we are miles away still talking about how wonderful Taylor was!

Historical cozy inn with a cabin vibe. The grounds are charming but important to know - there is no view of the lake at all. I wanted to read my book while looking at beautiful Rabun, but not an option, nor anywhere nearby. Breakfast was hearty and good.

The hotel itself was cute historic. It seemed clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. We booked the one-bedroom cabin/lodge, which seemed to have 2 bedrooms when booking. It was very misleading. We ended up adding on the bedroom attached to the cabin. If there had been someone in there, that would have been very awkward. The furniture was old/antique and it smelled a bit like a grandma's house, but seemed clean and the kitchen was furnished. It was off season, but we booked the Sunday brunch at 11:30, and 2 massages on Monday afternoon. The restaurant was closed on Monday except for breakfast. We received a call that our 11:30 brunch was cancelled, however they were able to get there for Monday breakfast at 9:00. The only hazardous area we ran into was the hotels parking lot, which was never salted or scrapped during our stay. They then cancelled our massages on Monday afternoon and said that the masseuse couldn't get there but had other appointments at another location. We had already been out that day to hiking locations and the roads were fine. It was quite disappointing, but we fit in a second hike. There are beautiful hiking trails in the area, and beautiful waterfalls. |The main hotel was cute, however the rooms were extremely tiny and all the TVs and microwave etc are in common areas. You would be able to hear a lot of noise room to room.
