My family and I stayed here for 3 days. Basic amenities, but this is probably the most affordable hotel in Orange County. If you're traveling to the area on a budget it's a good place to stay. Our room was very clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The location is convenient, because it's right off "the 5". About a 10 min drive from the beach, and 5 min from my sister's house. We'll come here again the next time we're in town.

Great accommodations at a modest price. ||You can tell that the owners of this property take much pride in their hotel. It is immaculate, comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. The staff seemed like family, very warm and welcoming. The underground parking was a plus, it felt much more secure than having to park in the street.||I was really pleasantly surprised with the property, they don't have a website, but there were no "surprises" upon arriving.||Very convenient location to see a show at the Coach House !

This is likely the best carpet-free property in the area for an affordable price. It offers a hassle-free stay that’s easy on the budget. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great place to stay without overspending!

Great place to stay. Stayed 3 days! I appreciated how attentive they were. They made sure to give us a good big room separated rooms with kids. Clean and safe! I would recommend! I'll be coming back 🙂

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They truly wanted our stay to be the best it could be. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed and linens were great and we both slept very well. We had a large jacuzzi tub in our room as well which was very luxurious and such a treat! The location was perfect for us. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the mission and all the fantastic restaurants, shops, and bars.

Overall Its a good place to lay down your head and relax that wont hurt your wallet compared to other options. We got the standard room with 1 bed.

Rooms are clean, absolutely no bedbugs or cockroaches, room smelled neutral and bathroom was slightly scented with something nice. Toilet and tub were very clean.

Safety wise it felt good. The parking is inside within view of anyone in the office which was reassuring. We never saw any disorderly homeless people on the premises. Rooms also have an additional lock inside.

The amount of space you get is very very good for the price, probably my favorite part about our stay. Theres a nice livingroom with a sofa and desk, a small area with appliances, the bathroom, and the bedroom. The bathroom was fairly nice and the tub is textured on the bottom as to not be slippery. There’s also free wifi.

Theres free ice, and vending machines outside. Theres also some decent food options with a gas station, in-n-out, popeyes, and A’s burgers a short walk away.

Rooms have good modern appliances with the highlights being a microwave, heater/ac, a mini fridge, a tv, and a decent number of outlets. The hot water in the shower could run pretty hot if you wanted it to be and we never had it run out on us.

The bed was soft however i’d pack a comforter next time as the blankets were a little thin for my preference. The sofa is nice and firm so if you’re like me and prefer a firmer place to sleep similar to a futon it’s a good option. I really really loved the living room area.

It is between highways, so while being convenient for travel there is also the pretty constant sound of cars. Depending on you that could keep you up or be relaxing. There is a train station nearby so you will hear trains occasionally.

The service was very good. Special thank you to Penny (or Benny? apologies if i got your name wrong.) for the excellent and friendly service. The deposit was cash only, and we had no problems getting it all back. They take care to make sure your deposit is organized neatly along with your name. There’s also coffee available in the office during the morning.

Overall, for it is a very good deal, with the amazing price and spacious rooms being the biggest factors in my rating.

Rooms were ok. Spacious!paid 186.00 on a friday! All the other hotels were way more then tht. Right next 2 5 freeway pretty convenient for travel. Check was super quick n easy.
Pets r allowed. No carper in room. Bathrooms were clean.

The service was great, location very convenient, but I rate it what it is due to the fact that the windows do not keep the freeway sound out during the night at all, to be fair we did have one of the rooms where the window faces the freeway though. I'm a light sleeper and it was a major issue for me.
Other than the freeway noise, it was fine. Very spacious and clean, just a couple things here and there that weren't perfect regarding cleanliness but we didn't have any issues there.

Do NOT listen to bad reviews of this place. The wonderful people who run this clean and friendly hotel are incredibly supportive. We came here from Canada and stayed while our daughter fought for her life in hospital not far away. Each day the asked after her. The cleaning staff were very kind, cleaning our room everyday whenever we were ready to leave, bringing us extra towels, etc. They have laundry services which we used. It is comfortable and clean run by super people.
It is not far from all amenities and of course the beach. Very affordable

Rooms are rundown, no amenities, or even cups for making tea or coffee, even though there is a microwave. The mirrie had where people had scratched their names into the wood. Simple thin blanket for the bed. Traffic noise since they are right next to the freeway. Way overpriced, motel 6 is better and cheaper.
