Well I entered and asked customer service about a product . It was in stock and the price, although it was in stock was not the size I needed for baking purpose. I looked over some meat prices and was hooked check out laBonnes Market.

This place is an indispensable in Watertown Connecticut and surrounding towns. Sushi is terrific and many other products are superior. There are two downfalls that make this a four-star review instead of a 5: 1 is the fact that the prices are a bit steep on products that cost the same at other places. The second is the lack of selection. But all in all are very solid place to make a quick trip.

I shopped at your store this afternoon. Upon reaching the checkout, I realized I did not have my car keys.
Your staff was way beyond helpful!
We were up and down the iles ,around the meat counter and produce for a good half hour. One of the guys even went out to the parkinglot to look under my car!!
They were finally found in amongst the fennell!
Your staff are always congenital but this was beyond and above!!
Please reward casher #3 and the young man who was bagging, he is a happy red head!!!!!

Not always the least expensive for groceries, but the staff, convenient location, and the selection make it definitely worth the trip. We've had our Thanksgiving dinner catered by them for the last few years.

I am now a returning employee after over twenty years. I worked in the Woodbury store in 2000. I worked in the Deli and catering and loved it so much !!! I decided to start a family and had to leave because of medical issues during pregnancy. I always loved going to work and everyone in the store was amazing . They gave me an opportunity right out of Culinary School and I never forgot that. I am now back !! And working in the Watertown store in the Deli as a prep cook and I couldn’t be happier I have another chance to work with an AMAZING Company !! I am truly excited. So happy to be back at LaBonnes’s. Even if I wasn’t working there, I truly love the quality of the store and products. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them. Now my older children shop at the LaBonnes’s stores in Prospect and Watertown.

Just a quick note to tell you how pleased I was shopping in the Watertown store this morning. Every year I had tried to shop your 25% off sale, only to find no parking. This morning I found a space and was so impressed with your sales. I was expecting crowded isles and empty shelves. I went late morning. Instead I found happy customers, employees restocking shelves in most all isles and all checkout lanes open with baggers. Kudos to you and your staff… Shout out to Melonie for making all her customers a great shopping experience!!!

My family and I went to labbones as a quick stop to get a sandwich. Rick made 3 incredible sandwich’s.
He’s a sandwich artist - each sandwich was packed but didn’t fall apart when you bit into it. He toasted the sandwiches to perfection where the meat and cheese was warm and the veggies were cooler. Rick was also so friendly which is a rarity now a days. 10/10 experience and will definitely go back to labbones for sandwiches.

To those thinking this is a crazy review over a sandwich, go there and try one of his and you’ll see why I had to write this review!
