I've eat here all the time and always had such great experiences that having to put in a bad review is depressing... ordered takeout as I usually do, and when I got home as my wife and I were eating I asked her if she'd forgotten to order one item (Large Guacamole) and she said she had, so I called... This is where the poor experience comes in... Spoke to Michael who first couldn't find my ticket, then admitted they'd lost my ticket, then essentially accused me of lying and said his boss wouldn't believe him since I waited a whole hour to call... all over 1 Large Guacamole... Proceeded to raise his voice with me and interrupt me rather than just own their mistake. It happens.

Edit: Spoke to Manager Hugo who was amazing, apologized, and made it right. Edited back to the 5*s they deserve!

I went in and got the nachos Mexicanos deluxe and asked them to substitute the fajita chicken with shredded chicken. I wanted the onions and bell peppers and the waiter said they only give you that stuff if you get the fajita meat. This place has went down hill and I got ripped off.

Decent for being in Arkansas. Don't recommend the Queso with Jalepino for the app. Waste of money. Extremely rubbery cheese nearly inedible.

Wish I could give this place a zero. The only good thing was the lemonade. RUDE waiter to the point my husband was angry. The food was not even seasoned, not a bit. The rice was mush. The so-called charro beans were just watery beans with hot dog slices, no flavor at all. The guacamole was soured, I had to spit it out. The quesadilla was just a soft tortilla with flavorless steak pieces and greasy cheese. I can't express how horrible the Chicken Ranchero was. The queso was so thin it was barely thicker than water. Couldn't even bring out all the food at once. I waited about 10 minutes for the beans after they brought out the quesadilla. I had about 2 bites of food. Left and went somewhere else to eat. $30 for food we didn't eat. Terrible.

We had Alyssa as a waitress she was upbeat and had a great attitude! Today was my mom’s birthday and Alyssa made her lunch special thanks for going over and above! Thanks Alyssa

Meh. We came because of decent reviews but were disappointed. The chicken taco salad had one tomato slice, very little lettuce, a lot of chicken, cheese sauce and sour cream. So it just tasted like wet chicken. The burrito plate with rice and beans was bland. The ice tea was really good. And the tortilla chips were good.

Shredded beef chimichanga here along with the white queso. Beans and rice as well of course. Good service. Chips and salsa brought while waiting for food. Attentive waiter, and kept things refilled. Food came hot, and tasted quite good. Continued to ensure we didn’t need more chips and salsa. They did a good job ensuring we were taken care of and they were plenty busy even. I was brought here by someone who told me this was the better Mexican place in town. I’m not from here, so I have nothing to rate it against, but from this specific stop, it was a good meal and experience.

Great service and the food was very good as well. It was nice to find a real sit down restaurant open at 930 on a Saturday.
