This hotel DOES NOT HAVE BREAKFAST. Everything else (room etc) was fine. There is no breakfast - not even reliable coffee. Checked lobby coffee station at 7:30, 7:40, 7:50 (thinking it would surely be refilled). Nope. Regular coffee empty each time. Decaf was available. There were metal serving dishes that looked like possibly they’d held eggs, potatoes, possibly bacon or similar. But at 7:40am: empty. They did have a a waffle maker and maybe some muffins. There was no employee available and I searched for someone for at least 5 minutes.

The hotel is otherwise fine. But don’t expect breakfast or even coffee. I missed this in the prior reviews (several said similar things).

I only stayed 1 night to visit family on 2/17 to 2/18. 1st called housekeeping to get extra pillows for the beds they said they would look in the back if they have any that they would send them up to the room. We'll needless to say I didn't get no extra pillows. Also I have 2 kids that are autistic one that is 10 and another that is 2. Well they were very excited and energetic and we're making to much noise to where I had 2 employees from the desk come to my room knock on my door and tell me that 3 different people called down to complain about the noise and if I can quite my children down. I understand because of how late it was but family's with children that are autistic should know how hard it is to calm them down. Plus I thought I was booking a family hotel I guess NOT. On my reservation it showed I have 2 kids in the room. Check in service was great the lady was very nice and helpful and gave me places to go with my children while I was in town.

Sad. This hotel is brand new. One would expect it to be kept clean for at least a few months. But, I showered, walked to the bed and realized my feet were filthy from the floor in the room! What? The floor had not been mopped in at least the last couple of guests. Disgusting.

Then, the air conditioner didn't work. At all. I've stayed in many, many hotels and I know how to make an AC work. This one would come on for 10 seconds and shut right off and not come on again for another 20 minutes. The room was in the upper 80s while the AC was set to 60. The windows don't open.

Frustrated after not sleeping well at all, I went to the desk around 2:30am with sweat beading on my forehead. There were 2 kids, probably around 8 years old, playing baseball in the lobby while the parents were sitting on a nearby couch in front of the check in. The girl working the front desk was hanging out with the young family having a good time in the wee hours. I felt like I walked into a family living room in a trailer park somewhere. Needless to say, they didn't fix the AC.

I'm pretty sure the people in the room next to us had AC because we could hear them having SCREAMING sex all night - you can't do that in a 90 degree room. Glad someone enjoyed their stay.

Love this hotel, very new and clean, staff was amazing from the manager who was very nice and friendly, to the front desk staff. Shout out to lillyana for being so sweet and kind. Pool and hot tub are amazing, clean and warm. The beds are so comfy, sheets are nice, shower was hot with great water pressure and bathroom has the shampoo and conditioner dispensers which is so helpful. Pet friendly, and the breakfast was great too. My kids loved the chocolate milk and juice options. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. We will be coming back!

What can I say? This is about the best motel/hotel experience I’ve ever had! Not only is this motel kept in pristine condition, but the staff really cares. The manager is outstanding. She not only cares about the building. She cares about the guests And the mural of the bridge in Yuma That is on the wall. That is a must see! So if you want a good night, rest, they swim in a beautifully heated swimming pool or spa or just want to kick back in the lobby, you will not regret staying here. It is quiet, it is peaceful. It is a break from the world that we live in! So come and enjoy yourself at the Yuma La Quinta Inn in Yuma, Arizona. It’s the one on Castle Dome Drive.

Ariana at the front desk was so kind and had a great attitude, checked us in and was very professional. We chose to stay close to shopping and restaurants, great experience.

The room was great, very clean and spacious.

Picked this hotel because it was newer & had in room microwave & fridge. Also got a great deal on TripAdvisor- saved me $30. ||Pro’s|New & clean facility, lobby is very light bright & inviting.|Was allowed to check in 2 hrs early.|Check-out was at noon.|Ample parking |Quiet area, but 3 min drive from store’s & restaurants.|Staff was very friendly |Decent coffee in lobby.||Con’s|Elevator was not working, luckily we had a room on the 3rd floor.|When we arrived in our room, TV remote was missing. Had to go to front desk to get another one.|Took about 10 minute for us to figure out how to use the remote.|Hot breakfast ideas weren’t great. Watery eggs, hash browns & sausage. Fruits offered liked they should be trashed.|They do offer hot & cold cereal, yogurt, toast/bagels. ||Overall had a good stay & would return.|(Hopefully they get the elevator working)

This new hotel is in a newly developed area of Yuma. It's nice, but the elevator broke down overnight and I was on the top floor. When I got to the ground floor and told the night guy it was out, he said he'd have a serviceman fix it later that day. Not helpful since I was going to have climb up and down four floors carrying my luggage with my bad knees. Asked for help to bring my stuff down, but no one was available.

While I don't expect 24 hr on call maintenance, I do think there should be procedures in place so the desk can restart the elevator systems to see if that fixes them.
