Kimberly was amazing! She greeted us with so much enthusiasm! Made sure we were set for the night and helped provide a bed for my baby. She was so nice and thoughtful. Really cared about making our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. All staff we encountered were really nice!

When I arrived, there was no front desk staff available and no one to assist with check-in. I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone showed up. While the location was convenient, the hallway had a strong odor of cannabis/marijuana, which was unpleasant. Unfortunately, my room was not the one I reserved. As a person with a disability, I had specifically booked an accessible room with appropriate accommodations, and it was very disappointing that this was not honored. Overall, the service was mediocre. Breakfast was just okay.

Stay here weekly for work and it's nice. Quiet when your sleeping, wish the breakfast lady would learn to speak at a normal volume and keep her opinions to herself. I personally don't want to hear her screaming at 6am. Breakfast itself is OK, Jen and Sarah are cool and don't get mad when I forget my key. Rooms are big and housekeeping does a great job.

Positive: The staff was kind. Negative: The drive needs smoothed out from the road to the drive - the large ?bump? will definitely shake you up. The breakfast was minimal - out of juice, no tea, powder eggs, microwave oatmeal. The common walk areas were dirty.

Very clean hotel all together. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed,and alt of channels to choose from on the TV. They also honor the Pilot car discount....I will be back for sure

It's not horrible if you're traveling for work, but only if you can handle being nagged at every day the manager will walk into your room unannounced no knocking no warning i was walked in on several times and normally it's by a maid that's supposed to be there but not here the manager sarah thinks she can do whatever she wants including texting you at odd hours for nothing, telling you how to walk. DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE THE MANGER IS A PEDO
