The location isn't the greatest, the lady at the front desk, i am not sure her name but to be honest all of the ones working the front desk was super nice and helpful. The hotel was nice, the beds was kind hard but not horrible. Our room wasn't bad but had a few things I did not like, as the fridge worked but it took forever to get cold, and the bathroom door was a little hard to shut but other then that the room was clean. I LOVED the shower, had two shower heads. They also had a indoor pool. We didn't get to use it but looked nice. I would recommend this place for sure, and the price wasn't bad either and a $50 dollar deposit which if you do cash you get it right back.

Pretty much the ONLY hotel you will want to be in for that area. And I mean that in a good way. I stay here a lot.. It's a gem tucked away. Bed was pretty firm, great for those back sleepers, but a little brutal for those side shoulder sleepers. Great staff, clean and modern, and after staying numerous visits, definitely no bugs! A HUGE dealbreaker for me! If someone post anything diff here, i'm pretty sure it is an isolated incident. There are some homeless in the area but I never see them step foot on the property...I can say that really sets this hotel a part from others..and parking is safe and always available. Breakfast is really basic. But diner across street. No Long walks......one of my pet peeves is hiking to my hotel room. No issue this hotel.
Elevators work and no foul smells in halls like many 2 or 3 star hotels have. It is beyond value for money for a nice safe and quiet room. This is not a budget hotel. Beware of all the others on Admiral lol. I've lived in Tulsa for 53 years to know. See for yourself

I made my reservation through the Wyndham app and checked in with the email/text sent by LQ/Wyndham. I completed all the information needed, including my credit card information. So it was quite a surprise I was having to give all of that same information again and initialing once again about the smoking and pet policies. ||||Additionally, there was only one person helping guests, and another one walking around the back. I patiently waited to be checked it. The other four guests did too. The representative did not seem eager to help any of us whatsoever.||||I stated I was traveling alone when asked if the first floor was fine. She proceeded to put me in a room right beside the elevator, maintenance room, door to the pool, and entrance. Not exactly the best room for an established Wyndham Member who only stays with hotels in the network. Further, not the safest, most quiet room either. ||||To make matters worse, even though I requested a late checkout (both online and with the representative), housekeeping was rapping on the door of my room with a pen beginning at 9:15am.||||When asked, “How was your stay?” by the manager at checkout, I let her know. I was quite surprised there was absolutely no adjustment made to my reservation for any of the inconveniences mentioned above.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room, and the room was nicely prepared and clean. They had the extra things there that I asked for ahead of time when I booked the room. The bed was very nice and comfortable! The key was a little tricky, and we had to play with it a little to get the door open, but not a big deal. The only thing is, it's in the middle of Tulsa, and in my opinion, not the safest neighborhood. We left for dinner, and when we came back, a door just down the hall from us had been busted in like it was raided, so that didn't help us feel very comfortable. If you happen to get an adjoining room, definitely block it with something. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and our breakfast in the morning.

These ratings are in reference to other 3-star hotels I have stayed at. This stay was during recent ice storm that came through Tulsa in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and kept up. The AC/Heating system was working fine and held temperature at 73F whilst outside was 30F. Bathroom was clean as well as tub and toilet. All the towels were clean. The small refrigerator was empty, clean and working. Bed was clean although pillows are smaller than typical king pillows for the king mattress I had. Easy to park car. Breakfast was a good selection from waffle, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties and scrambled eggs and potatoes. The yogurt was good .

I normally don’t leave reviews however I’d deter people from staying here after the stay we had here.

Landed in Tulsa late and arrived at the hotel with no issues however once we were checked in the issues began. First it was the room key not working so we had to placed in another room; which entirely wasn’t a huge deal. When bringing key to front desk we were asked by a man who didn’t appear to be sober what our room number was. Later on by multiple Lyft drivers we were told that the area we chose to stay at was a very sketchy area and had lots of drug use.

The water fountains were not working and when Staff was questioned the clerk didn’t know anything about them being down. The clerk also offered to sell us water to accommodate…

The first 3 nights of our stay we had to fix the toilet ourselves because it wouldn’t flush and the maintenance person was not available. To me this shouldn’t have been an issue and a refund should’ve been offered; this is not something anyone should deal with while on vacation.

The fitness room was under construction and staff was unable to give an idea on when it would be ready for use (which was the entire reason we chose to stay here)

The sheets and linens smelled of bleach; this didn’t bother me as much however if you are sensitive to smells it will bother.

House keeping was piss poor, none of them spoke English; they would come and take your linens and replace however they wouldn’t take the trash out resulting in us leaving it in the hallway for them to grab. They would also come at 7am and try to clean rooms and then would not cycle back around once you were out of your room.

When showering the water pressure would decrease if someone would flush the toilet or wash their hands in another room.

The breakfast at hotels normally isn’t bad however here was disgusting; it was the same thing everyday and was not good. By 8am it would be all gone and no one would be replacing anything.

So please don’t be frugal; spend the extra money to stay elsewhere and DON’T STAY HERE!
This hotel was a 1/10 experience.

It is a difficult area. But the staff were very cognizant to the challenges and made it a very comfortable stay. It was very quiet throughout the night and got a good rest. The room was very nice, everything clean and modern. The best thing is that it was easy to access the HDMI on the tv and get the input correct.

Mismanaged, dirty and poorly maintained, Horrible experience. Front desk agent looked like he had PTSD from all the guests who had problems with broken and non maintained rooms and fixtures including plumbing and key entry. Manager seemingly perturbed to help, there is NO jacuzzi and pool was so murky you couldn't see the bottom. Overall, gross.
