Not worth all the money they charge. Rude front desk. The nicest were the cleaning and kitchen staff. Thank goodness it’s closing in April to “remodel”. Go elsewhere ..don’t waste your well earned money here!!

The location was great but that was the only thing that was commendable. The king sized bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat, small and insufficient. On the second night I went to the front desk around 7:30 pm with my husband to see if we could get additional pillows. The man working the desk was indifferent to our request and gave a noncommittal response. It was no surprise when he failed to provide the pillows or follow up in any way. We were in room 119 and the AC unit sounded like a washing machine, not overly loud but annoying enough all the same. Although we enjoyed our time in Tucson, it was in no part because of our stay at this hotel. Disappointed with the experience they provided.

Overall a decent place for its location. Only 3 stories so stairs are usable ("why would I care" you ask...).

The items that detracted (and had my partner saying to rank this as 2 stars):
--guest laundry broken during stay
--cable TV only had about 15 channels actually watchable, though you are given the Cox guide of baby more with nothing to indicate which ones you are permitted
--key cards have to be reset nearly every day; person at desk said it could be heat or being kept in a pocket, but made no suggestion where else it should be stored
--elevator (rear building) that want responding to calls... This was fixed the night before our departure (elevator in front building had it's own problems, but didn't use it enough)
--room (260) gets humid even before showers, think it's a/c could may not be draining properly

This is barely a step up from a motel, our room was dirty. I felt like the only thing that was clean was the bed. The tub and walls were dirty and had clear stains everywhere. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower in there. The bathroom towels were seated on a dirty shower chair. The chair in the room was covered in stains and the carpet needs a good deep clean. Tv is all whacked out. Volume keep going out for no reason, and the ac is loud. I really wish I didn’t spend my money here but I was so tired from traveling and just wanted a nice clean hotel to stay at and didn’t get that tonight.

I wanted to stay but I ended up really sick. So I counciled but than they kept my money. That was not fair for them to do that. I was looking out for everyone there. Maybe I should have kept my room and spread my cold to everyone. I will not be renting another room from them again

Pros: Check in was easy. Lobby was clean and bright. Cookies at night was a nice touch. Breakfast was as expected from a hotel except there was a refrigerator labeled "yogurt" but it was empty. The swimming pool area looked beautiful.||Cons: Hallway carpets were nasty. Paint was chipped throughout. See the below pictures. These are not things the cleaning staff does not see. The drawer...it would not stay closed. No excuse. Easy, inexpensive fixes.

I will be kind with the two stars, only because even though the things that have happened thus far are menial in terms, they are not when it's you going through it. Simply said the first night I could not sleep because the pillows are 18"x18" air filled fluff that offer no support for your neck nor head. I asked the next morning for three more to help. Was told they would be delivered. Came back to the room that night. Nothing. I called the night auditor and he told me he had no access but he would tell them in the morning. We got one pillow the next morning. Next, called on the third night of our stay simply asking for vending machines. Followed the directions of the front desk, as were told they were at the end of our hall on the third floor. Ten minutes later, and no signs to tell you where vending machines are, I gave up. Ended up trying a second time going floor to floor up and down hallways until we found them on the second floor. Small marathon for a simple soda. Flustered and feel the staff needs to know where the vending machines are along with things like pillows and linens when needed at any time. This after all is the business you are in These are simplistic needs in any hotel/motel. The stay has been fine minus these inconveniences.

Positive: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and relaxing. Negative: Spotted a roach in my room when I arrived. AC was very loud. Bathroom lights flickered. Elevator was not responding consistently. Breakfast food was picked over. Room key card stopped working twice and I needed to get a replacement.
