BRIANNA!!! OHEHMGEE!!! What a beautiful spirit. As soon as we walked in to check in she had the atmosphere cheerful! That kicked our stay off in a pleasant direction. We needed a last minute room change which she accommodated with ease. She was polite to my child as well.

When we got into the room, we were impressed by how warm the room felt. It was very cozy and spacious. It was disappointing the AC/Heating unit was blocked by the table. This made it difficult to warm the room. The sheets and towels looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and the lighting was great.

The only issues we had were with the key cards and breakfast. They worked intermittently. We were unable to get into the building and it froze when we tried to get in the room. Breakfast was not sanitary. Too many people touching everything. With the flu, covid, colds and knowing some people do not wash their hands, I was turned off. All I had was whatever was sealed. We ended up checking out early and stopping for food on the way home.

I will still return and I will be looking for Brianna!!! ✨️🥰

Average hotel. Older property. Lowest prices. Good for one night. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping could improve. Dirty elevator floors and dirt along the edges. Hallway carpets were not vacuumed and stained. The front desk staff were very kind and professional.

Extremely well trained and friendly staff at the front desk. I was so pleased with the extraordinary service and professionalism. Nearly across from Tucson International Airport, so really great for those early morning flights. And ! The windows were operable! So you can let in some fresh air if sought.

We stayed here in June and enjoyed our stay. So much we extended an extra night. We stayed again the other day and the cleanliness of the room was pretty gross. There was a pin on the floor at the end of one of the beds. Other junk on the carpet, including the hard plastic used to connect a price tag to clothing.
The floor in the bathroom had a collection of things under the sink and the bathtub had alot of hair.
Desk employees were friendly. On our previous visit it was quiet considering it is beside the airport. This time you could feel the fighter jets taking off. We were already getting organized for breakfast so it didn't affect us, but it could be an issue after a late night.
Very disappointed this time.

I expected more from an airport hotel. Our room was dirty. Housekeeping didn’t bother vacuuming near the edges of the room with debris everywhere along the beds and walls. The bathroom was dirty and the sink was missing the stopper so I’m staring into a gaping hole as I’m brushing my teeth. The gym was filthy. The workout equipment was filthy with no wipes to wipe anything down after working out (thus the filth I guess). Breakfast was sorely lacking with maybe a 2 out of 5 stars. .

The first room they put me in had hair in the sink and a couple of dead bugs near the night stand. The room I was changed to was better (though had a red stain on the comforter). The fitness room smelled terribly. Pros: walking distance to the airport, nice lobby and outside areas.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and noticed the bugs in the bathroom(so far)The rooms are dated and could use better cleaning! The so called breakfast was basically Boiled eggs,sausage toast,bagels and waffles.
I attempted to call the General Manager several times but was alway told ,she’s not in.
When we got home,we washed EVERYTHING in our 3 luggage’s and praying the bugs were Not in our belongings!

We unpacked then realized our a/c didn’t work. After sweltering for 30 min, the maintenance guy said the repair man had already gone home. It was 106 outside. We repacked and moved to a new room. It was hot because the a/c was off. It did at least work but took awhile to cool the room. Then we discovered someone else clothes and underwear in the dresser. Dirt hanging from bathroom vent, streaks in the toilet. | Breakfast the next morning was lacking. There were Hardboiled eggs, sausage links, white bread, bagels, cereal, and hotel waffle mix. Apples and yogurt… no scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pastries, bananas etc like other La Quintas we have stayed at. The staff was surprised when I mentioned my disappointment. They said this was their breakfast for the last 20 yrs. | Went to the pool. Hot tub was nice but fence behind it was littered with cigarette butts. Water around the steps into the pool had floating dead wasps and moths so we didn’t get in it. Area wasn’t as nice with a ripped umbrella and tattered cover. | Our room keys only worked intermittently. Had them redone 3 times. | Response from Wyndham was an AI generated email thanking us for bringing this to their attention. An 800 phone call trying to talk with a person wasn’t much better… a “customer service” person in a call center with noise and other calls in the background. “Someone will get back with you in a week by email or a phone call.” We will see.
