Always clean, friendly staff, and great choices for breakfast. We stay Spring and Fall every year on our treks back and forth to Florida. Our pets are always welcome and very comfortable in our room. There's a nice pool, weather permitting.

This was a quick stop on our way home and it was everything we wanted. Quiet, clean and comfortable! The bathroom in our room was very spacious and much appreciated! The staff was gracious and kind. Breakfast was included and good. Coffee was hot and fresh. Let’s go!

Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was good and had a large dining area. Staff was fantastic. Beds slept good and comfortable. Pet friendly. Will definitely stay there again next time when I'm in the area.

One of the best places we have stayed in our many years of the I-75 Follies from Michigan to Florida and back. Abigail and Michael at check-in, Abigail continuing through the evening loving on our dog Lily, the sweet lady running the breakfast bar, Stacie in housekeeping... All above and beyond. New, clean, well-run, and one of the better breakfast bars. Coffee is much better than average. We will be back on the return trip.

We’ve stayed here many times & it’s always good. Very comfortable clean room. Great breakfast too. The staff did a g job.
The price was way to high & by the time tax is applied it was ridiculous.

Avoid Room 130-
Located at the end of the right side hall, beside the exit door on the main floor....This room needs to be converted into a linen closet, food pantry or lounge. You will not get any sleep, take my word for it. I might have gotten 2 hours, max, & felt worse than I did coming in due to the loud exit door beside it, slamming.

As a sleeping room, it is terrible--while breakfast & staff are great--- this room #130 is just horrible, and folks, avoid/ask to be relocated if you are assigned to it.

GM/owner:
The exit door noise reverberates throughout the inside of the room--which happens often as travelers are coming in from late night driving.
The extraordinarily high ceiling (11-13'?), awkwardly high, make the room feel as if it was designated on blueprints to be the stairwell originally; and this helps amplify the echo from the exit door >> EVEN WITH a box fan I bring to drown out typical road noises etc while at hotels, and ear plugs. It did not help at all, and this was beyond normal or typical.
The curtain is 'high-watering' and does not cover the bottom 1.5' of the window--you can clearly see into the room from the parking lot right outside***
I had a few extra blankets in the car, stuffed into that area to help.

The breakfast selection & staff are nice, and I can't imagine that the other rooms are bad--so It does pain me to even write this, I'm not a "let me speak to your manager"-type--- I am doing this as a warning to other travelers, Room #130 needs to be taken out of circulation (& perhaps if the opposite hall/room is the same). I should have taken photos or recorded audio, so it would do this review justice.
Avoid room 130, folks.

Upon arrival, we were notified that we were put into a king room although we had booked a double queen. She explained that we were "upgraded" because the hotel was overbooked. It is not an upgrade when you change a specific type of room without speaking to the guest first. We needed two queen beds and because they changed our room without asking us, we got absolutely no sleep.

For such a new hotel, our room was disgustingly dirty. The beds are platform beds, so the area behind the pillow is easily visible. It looks like this area had not been cleaned since the hotel was built, with a full thick layer of dust and grime. This nastiness is so close to your pillow that this is what you're breathing in all night. The toilet paper roll was not refilled, and it was obvious that the tops of surfaces like nightstands and dressers had not been wiped clean. There was still visible sticky stuff on top. In between guests, room should be cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom.

The pillows are tiny and cheap. I don't even think they're a standard size pillow. If you need a good pillow to sleep, I suggest bringing in your own.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was good, and the price is fair, but you can't change someone's room without speaking to them first, and the housekeeping staff needs to do a much better job cleaning the rooms.

Stopped for the night on the way home from vacation. Nice hotel. Comfy beds. Pillows were too soft. Breakfast was good. It is pet friendly and I didn’t know that when I booked. Was worried when I seen that but I didn’t hear any pets.
