To be honest my experience here was bad til this morning. Me and my family are in the middle of moving and I was told that i couldn’t stay another night due to noise complaints and trash at our doors. All the guest were told to leave their trash in front of the doors. And my wife is here by herself at work. I have paid for multiple nights here and Steve. The manager has been nothing but rude and racist towards me. We are the only black family on this floor and we’re the only ones told to leave due to lies. I do not recommend this place to anybody until they change management

The location is great for short trips to Quail, Penn, and Edmond. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested a room with a bathtub and received a walk-in shower. The floor for the shower was taped in multiple places and would give in certain spots. The way the shower is set up, it gets the entire bathroom floor wet. My toddler slipped and fell because of this. I had towels and mat the bathroom mat in the floor, but with the amount of water that came out, it wasn’t enough. There was also mold in the shower head.

The nice gentleman up front helped us get a room quick. Showed us which way to the room and which door is the closest. Told us about the breakfast in the morning. Super nice. Room was super nice and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again if I had to choose.

Everything was perfect, beds were comfortable the pool was nice, just wished it was a hot tub, breakfast was nice as well. They brought use towels to the pool when we asked and it wasn’t a long wait. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s a nice place to relax for the weekend.

Positive: The staff was amazing and the best were comfortable Negative: Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am the 1st morning to clean the room. We had been up until 2am driving to OKC and we were still sleeping. Breakfast never changed. It was always the same thing. Elevator buttons stuck and was outdated.

I paid extra for a Jacuzzi Tub, it was not working.I called front desk at three In the morning to let them know it was not working diana told Me she would let maintenance and management know.I Spoke with the following front desk audit at nine a m About the same concern I told her That maintenance could come in and if it could not be fixed to please change me rooms.I was Assured it would be resolved I Just returned At ten thirty p m With the tub still not working I reported it to front desk once more and was told to wait for the manager in the morning. The night auditor and her male coworker was rude and short with me.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great tub and shower. Breakfast was so good and a lot to choose from. Enjoyed the pool. Thank you!

Hotel is pretty ran down, our room was very old and just overall torn up. The beds and flooring do appear new. Don't recommend as the prices aren't in line with the condition of the hotel.
Also, theres no hot tub.
