I really enjoyed my stay. We had a basic room. It was clean. The soaps they give are dove products. I loved that. The breakfast was delicious. I wish it was bacon instead of sausage, but that's just a personal preference. The staff was friendly. The pool area was nice. The water was clean and no harsh chemical smell coming from it. I would definitely stay there again.

They were doing some work around the place, but it was quiet at night and early in the morning. Breakfast was decent. Indoor heated pool that was actually warm enough to swim in the winter. Rooms were spacious (103) and clean. No bugs of any sort noticed or seen. Towels were somewhat soft, not hard, where it scratched your skin and actually white, not dingy looking. The reason for the three rating is that room cleaning service was lacking. Asked to have room cleaned two days straight, and it wasn't done. Finally, the manager said he was short or didn't have house cleaners. He said he would clean it himself if his staff didn't show the next day. When I returned, the room had been cleaned. There are eating places close to the hotel. 10 day stay and things were overall good. Would stay again.

Very outdated, old style door handles and outlet plates, they don't put the money back into the hotel you can see it. There were also not a lot of people yet the hotel put everyone all on the same floor. Kids yelling, people slamming doors, very very loud showers that scream... and very very loud heat/air conditioning and also no quiet hours. The curtains don't block all of the light either. No TV remote and the channels don't load only CNN does....paint chipping, dirty fridge, and tub showers not walk in showers. Says it's a smoke free hotel but we could smell people smoking weed in the room next to us and had to put towels under the door to stop the smell and also the light....prerty sure it's just one door connecting the rooms. There's not much in this area, we'd drive to the Comfort Inn or Cambria Hotel next time, not staying here again.

Its basically a Super 8 Motel as a Hotel. The only people I encountered seemed to be Homeless drug users (1 was actively hallucinating and thought he was seeing 2 dead child ghosts, yes that his own words) so I kind of think it is acting as some sort of quasi Homeless Shelter. Without a major renovation it will be completely run down in no more than 5 years. Everything was only partly clean looking from far away, but actually dirty up close. Bathtubs are way too shallow for an adult. The control for the AC/Heat was pointless and did whatever it wanted. You could tell the Staff would rather be anywhere else than working there. Elevators take forever. There are no Closets or hangers for coats. Pillows are old with nonexistant support. Oh and 1 Room is nearly $200 a Night... lol so theres that.

Positive: The cleanliness of the hotel. We have stayed at a number of other LaQuinta hotels and this is the best upkept of all of them. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Negative: No Complaints

Jorja the night front desk person was amazing. I woke up after a few hours sleep and she was helpful, caring and enabled me to get some water and offered suggestions to help my headache. I was staying with my dog, Zoey and she was kind and caring to her as well. And then when I asked if in could have a late checkout because of both my not feeling great and because of the bad weather, she gave me a late check out to between 12-noon and 1pm. All hotel employees need to train with her. She made me feel like I was her only guest even though she helped many others as well when I was there.

PA resident here! We came out to visit and explore. This hotel was about 20-30 mins from each casino, mystic, new haven, new London. The bed was comfortable, the rooms are decent, we had a hole in the wall of our room. But bed was clean, bathroom was clean other then the peanut shell i found on the floor. Our floor was quite. Pet friendly. However watch your step outside apparently nobody knows how to pick up their dog poop. SMH.
Breakfast- first morning the waffle maker was turned on and ready to be used at Breakfast time. Waffles weren't that great any how and we usually love hotel waffles. They use whole milk for the cereal and stuff. 2 flavors of yogurt. 3 different cereal options. Oatmeal. Bread. Begels. Muffins.
Small pool hours are 6am-11pm
Quite hours are 10pm-7am

A comfortable hotel. Everything was clean and orderly. Even though the room had kind of a, Bigfoot, running through a forest smell and we could hear the guy next door calling his girlfriend a liar =⁠_⁠= Other than that, beds were comfortable and shower was good.
