Positive: Our room was quiet, considering it was right next to the gym. Comfortable bed, clean. Room had enough seating. The breakfast was nice. Negative: Too close to freeway. TV was too small. Room could use more lighting. The coffeemaker in the room was understocked - only had one regular coffee and one decaf coffee. The coffee in the breakfast room was not good. The decaf probably was Sanka...

The room was dated, and the bathroom and bathtub was very old and not that great. Service was quick checking in and out. Would stay again in a pinch but wouldn't seek to purposely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our Room was very clean and the bed is comfortable. Halls were quiet for us. We Wish they offered more toiletries. Breakfast is included , light but enough for us. Location convenient to freeways and hospitals.

Bedroom was clean but the bathroom tub was old and rusted needs some love. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was rude, she yelled at me and my husband for not knowing ho to used the waffle machine, she didn’t know we were together we were in different machines but she had the same attitude with both of us. She yelled at other girl for taking the hot sauce to the table. Food was good.

Hotel is in need of an update. Room was in rough shape, and needed a good cleaning. Stains on the floors and on the walls. Bathroom tub had grey stains on the bottom, the cause being the drain didn't function properly. The bathroom sink didn't function either. The breakfast options are limited, bagels and bread, no fruit, and they had one hot option (sausage) that was cleared out in about 5 minutes and never refilled. Ice makers on 1st and 2nd floor were not functioning during our stay. The wi-fi barely worked, and not enough to use a laptop. Finally, the US60 is right next to the hotel, so if you have a room next to it, there is a lot of road noise for light sleepers.

Nice reception area. Ok room. Comfy bed. Good location next to fwy & walking distance to several restaurants. Pool & a few other comfort features.
Breakfast options 2.5/5 is kept up well by the staff that tends to the area.
the WORST COFFEE EVER Not even joking. 7/11, truck stop or any Quicky Mart 100% better.
It's a machine with instant coffee. 1 sip and you'll know this part of the review is legit.

The staff is excellent. The hotel and rooms are clean and well-maintained. Wyndom needs to step up for breakfast. Hard-boiled eggs every day? Also, firmer pillows would aid in better sleep. Again, staff is great, hotel is well maintained.

Everything was great - room was nice and clean, except that the door to our room was extremely hard to open. Had to swipe the card 4-5 times and jimmy the door just right every time. Sometimes I was afraid I wasn't going to get in. Also, there was a bit of a weird smell in the 3rd floor hallway.
