Nice clean hotel... lovely beds, nice room size with mini fridge and microwave. Enjoyed all the accommodations. Friendly staff with easy check in and check out. Great location to get food from near by restaurants after a long drive. Many in walking distance.
I would stay here each time I come to Kingman now for Family trip.

Stayed here on a road trip with my senior dog. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was fully stocked with Dove products and there was a hair dryer.
Breakfast had a full selection of hot (scrambled egg, sausage, oatmeal, french toast, pancakes) and cold (yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal) and drinks.
Super easy check in / check out. And great facilities for my dog (bags provided).

Newer hotel. Very well maintained. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast offerings were very good. Fitness facility was clean with newer equipment. Location is very convenient and an easy walk to stores and restaurants but still very quiet to get a good night’s rest. We had a great stay.

My granddaughter and I were traveling, and when I woke up the next morning, I was really sick with a debilitating migraine and was extremely dizzy, amongst other symptoms I'll spare you from. So I was forced to stay another night as there was absolutely no way I could drive the 4 hours home. I needed to pay with a different credit card so I called down to the front desk, and a nice young man agreed to let my 18 yr old granddaughter go downstairs with my credit card and driver's license to pay for another night. I asked her to bring me back the paperwork so I could sign. He agreed. However, my granddaughter came back and said the manager (Veronica) said that even though I was sick, she insisted I come down to the front desk in person. She said it was against the law to do it any other way. Because of the room spinning, I had to hang on to the walls so I wouldn't fall. When the young man saw me, he said I could go back to my room since I was so sick. Later, this Veronica came knocking on our door for me to sign the paperwork, which just would have been a courteous thing to do in the first place. My granddaughter went down later to ask if they had any plastic forks, this lady was just rude to her. The hotel is beautiful and clean. But I would say Veronica with her tone of voice and they way we were treated needs to understand the difference between an employee and a guest of the hotel. She really made me uncomfortable, and if I was well enough to get up and go to another hotel, I certainly would have. The only other crazy thing that happened was the morning we departed, I took a shower with the bathroom door open, and the steam of the shower set off the fire alarm in my room. Although I do appreciate how sensitive these alarms are, it was so extremely loud that everyone in all the rooms on the floor could hear this alarm blasting. I could hear all these people coming out of their rooms asking if there was a fire. Embarrassed, I put a towel around myself and poked my head out of my room to let them know the alarm was coming from my room and it was because I left the bathroom door open and the steam set it off. I just couldn't wait to get out of there.

Stayed here for one night on the way back to California from the Grand Canyon . Check in was easy and fast . Room was clean and beds were comfy . Breakfast was good and hot , the young lady looking after the breakfast area was really nice and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we knew how to use the waffle maker etc . I would definitely stay here again .

I was traveling and needed a place to rest. This is my second time staying at this brand hotel. And it did not disappoint. The room I had was huge, spacious, and it had a good view. There were 2 windows and it black out the whole room if closed. Which is great because I can sleep better. The room were clean and the bed was super comfortable. The Location was great it near all the store and restaurants. I was impressed by the city also. I had thought it was a small rural area. But it actually not. I am so far impressed with this hotel.

This site was an easy on and off to I40. The facility was clean and up to date. The room was spacious, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the shower since I could adjust from rain head to a more firm flow.
Breakfast had lots of hot food options and staff very attentive.
Would stay here again.
