Kanab is a great staging area for the fantastic hiking opportunities in a 2 hour radius, especially if it is off-season. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was an excellent value and the free breakfast opens at 6:30 so you can get a relatively early start to your day.
The only issue we had with our stay was a flaky key card but someone was always available at the front desk to help and it did not hinder our plans.

As a Wyndham frequent flyer I am going to say that they all have ample fluffy white towels; soft white cotton sheets; a great little fridge; coffee maker; nice new tv with tons of channels. The room was lovely. They welcome pets. The breakfast was great! Waffles; scrambled eggs; sausage. Variety of toast; bagels; muffins. Yogurt and cereal. Fresh apples which were actually very good! I ate mine with the peanut butter they offered! My husband (a Marine Vet) appreciated the veteran special parking. Great discounts for veterans as well. Very pleased. Great deal for the breakfast an all.

Stayed for one night but somehow faced some issues: first room we got had a technical issue on the locker which switched open/closed every 6sec. Got a new room and after breakfast it wouldn’t let us in anymore as the battery of the locker died. But the staff was always helpful to get us through.
Room was big enough for one night and mostly clean, so was the bathroom.

This is a comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast. The lobby seating area is available to play board games in non-breakfast hours and we saw a family doing that. The double room was clean and spacious and the staff was accommodating. Grocery stores are within easy walking distance.

Positive: Front desk girl, was super nice. Room was clean. Beds comfy. Decent shower. Negative: The breakfast lady was NOT friendly at all! The juice machine was broken, so nothing to drink. Food was very average.

Nice, clean, spacious room and lobby. We would’ve given this a five star except for a huge issue that we encountered that evening. We stayed there. We had asked in advance for an upper level quiet room. We were given a room on the third floor. We were getting settled in to go to sleep and somebody was Checking in much later and put on the floor above us. They sounded like elephant stomping around for over an hour. We finally got to sleep and they were up at 12:30 AM stomping again. It was a very frustrating experience. I think their should be a policy where late travelers do not get the top floor when they check in. There’s no way that late Travelers wouldn’t disturb people below them.Breakfast was OK and the reception staff were friendly.

The facility is very well maintained. Beds are comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I took away 1 star because they had far too many processed foods for breakfast. We purchased some items at the grocery store and had them in our room fridge to bring to breakfast in the morning. They also had a good size pool and hot tub that were clean and wonderful to relax in after a rigorous day hiking. I would definitely stay again 👍

Great location, clean and updated rooms, showers were stocked with normal (dove) body wash and shampoo/conditioner, which I was happily surprised by, good continental breakfast. Easy access to local restaurants and nearby sites. Would stay there again, no complaints!
